Maison face au golfe de la plage de Carillon avec passerelle privĂ©e - Ă  3 km de la plage de Rosemary et Ă  proximitĂ© d'Alys & Seaside. IntĂ©rieur de la maison neuf Ă  90% en dĂ©cembre 2016! Cuisine entiĂšrement relocalisĂ©e avec des comptoirs en quartz blanc, de nouvelles armoires et des appareils Kitchenaid. ComplĂštement nouveaux pots casseroles assiettes verres etc et nous avons laissĂ© l'ancien aussi bien pour beaucoup d'extras! Tous les nouveaux planchers brossĂ©s de 8 "en chĂȘne français au niveau principal et au niveau supĂ©rieur. Nouvelle peinture complĂšte Ă  l'intĂ©rieur et 90% de nouveaux meubles. MatĂ©riel de restauration, grange de poterie, etc. TerminĂ© comme nous voulions que notre propre maison soit! *** 2 miles de Pier Park - Coconut Telegraph offre le cadre idĂ©al Ă  Carillon avec prĂšs d'un mile de plage blanche peu frĂ©quentĂ©e et vos propres salons de plage privĂ©s et parasols inclus pour les locations en saison. Oubliez la foule mais restez proche de tout.



* Gulf Front - passez de votre terrasse à la promenade privée de la plage
* 3 piscines de quartier, dont une sur le golfe avec des zones de cabane pour se détendre et manger
* 5 chambres, dont une incroyable chambre principale avec vue sur le golfe et son propre pont couvert de 250 pieds carrés, ainsi qu'une chambre principale supplémentaire au rez-de-chaussée avec douche et baignoire ET une autre terrasse de 160 pieds carrés donnant sur le devant de la maison.

We spent a week with our kids. The house is beautiful and the location is great. Everything is close by, the beach, great restaurants and shopping areas. The communication with the manager with fast and all the instructions for the house super clear. We made amazing memories there!

The set up is perfect for us. Privacy for each family group in our party with plenty of space for everyone to gather. The owner is very helpful and accessible. This was our third stay at Coconut Telegraph. We’ve made indelible memories each time. Carillon Beach is a gem in the madness of the Emerald Coast.

This was our 2nd time staying at this property. Great location and nice amenities. The house is well furnished and clean. Having 3 King beds is nice for the adult couples, and the bunk room is awesome for the kiddos! The community picks up trash pretty much daily, which is nice to have with larger groups. Kitchen is fully equipped, and there are lots of beach toys for the kids. Two sets of washer/dryer is also a big plus for larger groups. This property pretty much has it all! Can't think of a single negative comment.

Family vacation extraordinaire

We brought our family to Coconut Telegraph for the week. We were treated to great weather and a house that was perfect for the week. We were close to the water over looking the beach, a well furnished house that we considered very livable. The top bedroom over looking the water provided us with a beautiful sunrise and an unbelievable view of the thunderstorms as they rolled in. This house is located in a quiet neighborhood and readily accessible to 30A. I highly recommend Coconut Telegraph as the place to stay for a family vacation.

Best Beach House

Coconut Telegraph is an amazing home with lots of space for our multigenerational family vacation. We spent two weeks here for the 9th year in a row. The kitchen is well equipped- we do a lot of cooking. Bedrooms are very comfy and spacious. Kids love the bunk room - lots of giggling from there at bedtime! Balconies are awesome with a great view of the beach and one with a street view of Carillon Beach. We plan to return next year. Ashley and Kathy do a great job and are readily available to answer any questions. Highly recommend this home!

Native to Atlanta I grew up visiting the area from Destin all along 30-A, we have owned property in the area since 1999. I own and manage property in the Atlanta area and have managed our vacation properties from Blue Mountain beach to Carillon with the idea of making them your home away from home. After selling property in Seagrove in 2014-15 we decided to move to the uncrowded beaches of Carillon. There is nothing like it on this coast. I hope you love it as much as we do!

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

Carillon is such a unique neighborhood. Being gated helps you feel secure about younger travelers riding bikes around the area or to one of the three pools. There are tennis courts and basketball courts and even a kids playhouse area. The community offers so many amenities inside a secure environment, we love that. As a bonus the beach area services only Carillons 360 lots, all of which are not currently built on, is nearly a mile long. No chance of even 2 deep chairs here, you have your own spot of beach and it is quiet and peaceful.
