LIVNTHADREAM est une belle maison de vacances moderne de 4 chambres qui peut accueillir jusqu'à 12 personnes et a tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour des vacances agréables dans la péninsule de Yorke!

Grand salon ouvert, cuisine avec lave-vaisselle, réfrigérateur / congélateur, four et micro-ondes, machine à café Espressotoria (dosettes non incluses), table à manger, salon avec TV, DVD et baby-foot / table de jeu à 8 balles.

Climatisé pour votre confort, système inversé à cycle divisé dans le salon, il dessert la chambre principale, le salon et la cuisine / salle à manger avec climatiseurs à cycle inversé à système divisé dans les 3 chambres restantes. Salle de bain complète et salle de bain attenante à la chambre principale. Buanderie avec machine à laver.

Terrasse couverte avec cadre extérieur et barbecue à gaz.

Cour entièrement clôturée - sans danger pour les enfants.

Point Turton a une excellente taverne, un magasin général avec de la glace, du carburant, des plats à emporter, du pain frais et des pâtisseries. Il y a une rampe pour bateaux tous temps et une jetée pour les amateurs de pêche.

Configuration des lits - lit 1 - grand lit, lit 2 - 2 lits superposés, lit 3 - lit superposé (double en bas, simple en haut) plus 1 simple, lit 4 - grand lit.

Oreillers et couettes sont fournis, vous devrez apporter votre propre linge - taies d'oreiller, draps haut / bas, serviettes / tapis de bain et torchons.

Great family stay

Perfect place to stay. Accommodation was great, beds comfy and good layout. We had 2 families stay and will come again.

Reviewer Comments: This was the second year of our stay at Livnthadream. There were only 5 of us staying this time.We love the house and the position suits us. The rain did not help at all. We bought some lightweight tarps with us to stop the wind and rain on the BBQ deck,but we still were not able to use the BBQ. It would be good if drop down blinds were fitted to keep the wind and rain out.

Whilst the house wasn’t overly clean; it was perfect for the amount of people we had space wise. There was a nice big open kitchen, but a table to accommodate the amount of people it sleeps would have been good. The removal of the taps off the outside wasn’t great. We were left unable to wash our boat motor which isn’t ideal and a poor experience. The rooms were a good size and accommodated all of us well. Not having things like toilet paper included was a bit tight and confusing when a toilet roll was left there when we arrived to use. Location was good and only a short walk to the beach. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Clean comfortable house

Enjoyed the spotless modern home with comfortable mattresses! The rooms seemed quite soundproof too. Large fridge and room for several cars in the driveway. Not all places have these even though they sleep large groups. The only thing we needed was a functioning outdoor tap.

Only negative comments are the saucepan s and especially the frypan needs replacement . Few mugs and glasses had chips to look out for. Otherwise lovely and clean enjoyed our visit.

Loved the house and set up

We really enjoyed the house and its surrounds. We had 8 guys / 3 boats and all fitted inside the yard comfortably. Our only issue was no taps or water available to wash the boats or at least the motors out. There is also no water available at the boat ramp so an issue for any Boates that take care if their gear. Overall a great experience

The place was clean on arrival and i have recommended this place to friends and also to use Accomodation on Yorkes for booking their holidays.

Livin’ the dream

Over the long weekend I had the pleasure of staying at ‘Livin the dream’ with my family and two other families. Combined we had 5 kiddies ages from 12 weeks - 7 years. This house was truely a dream for entertaining the littles, they were delighted to find a cupboard full of toys and games. The fully enclosed yard was a huge bonus and peace of mind when the kids were outside playing. We were surprised to find a well stocked kitchen with every utensil you could possibly need. There were also plenty of tea towels, garbage bags, glad wrap and alfoil, we were under the impression that we would need to take our own.The only fault I had with the interior of the house was the floors weren’t 100% clean. Within the first hour of walking around inside, we all had dirty feet, which wasn’t great for our little crawling people.Nonetheless, I will definitely be rebooking. Location was great, house was great, owners were great to communicate with.

Reviewer Comments: Overall Livnthadream was pretty clean and cosy, breakfast bar is nice and spacious and the house is a 10min walk from the beach, we would definitely re book this place! Lots of kid toys in the back room and portacot and highchair which was a plus! Few little minor thing below that may need attention but apart from that was excellent!!! -property was neat & clean-toaster handle is broken but it still worked and did the job-there was an espressotoria coffee machine, make sure you buy the right pods! Minlaton foodland sells them (25min drive) -enough plates/cutlery/cups/glasses and there was a decent amount of pots pans and appliances-dvd players in both lounge room and main bedroom did not work which was slightly disappointing as our kids were looking forward to that-plenty of room for family of 6 and would definitely accomodate another family comfortably -could do with a cordless vacuum, however there was a dustpan and big vacuum-wifi was available and washing machine was great
