ROSHY'S RETREAT est une maison de vacances de 3 chambres pouvant accueillir jusqu'à 8 personnes avec une vue sur la mer depuis le pont avant et à proximité de la plage.

Cuisine ouverte avec four micro-ondes, four encastré, plaque de cuisson, réfrigérateur / congélateur, coin repas avec porte coulissante donnant sur la véranda arrière couverte, coin salon avec TV, DVD, lecteur CD, climatiseur à cycle inversé et système de split, porte coulissante pont avant couvert.

Toutes les chambres avec ventilateurs de plafond, salle de bains avec vanité et douche, w / c séparé, buanderie avec machine à laver à chargement par le dessus. Cour arrière gravelée entièrement clôturée avec corde à linge, barbecue à gaz.

Configuration des lits - lit 1 - lit queen, lit 2 - lit queen plus lit gigogne, lit 3 - 2 lits simples plus lit gigogne.

Beaucoup de place pour le stationnement et le bateau.

Garage pas d'utilisation.

Les oreillers et les édredons sont fournis, vous devrez apporter votre propre linge de lit - taies d'oreiller, draps supérieurs / inférieurs, serviettes / tapis de bain et torchons.

Pt Turton a un magasin général avec épicerie générale, appât, glace, carburant, délicieuses pâtisseries et plats à emporter.

Great location - close to playground, jetty and beach entrances. We took day trips to Innes National park and other areas of the coast. Had a great stay.

Staying at Roshy's

We enjoyed the stay at Roshy's Retreat. It's a lovely location and of course the house can accommodate far more than one couple. One of two small maintenance issues could be addressed - such as hinges on the rear veranda door.

Roshy's Point Turton comfortable house.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying here; the house had everything you could wish for to make us comfortable. There are some small maintenance issues that need attention. I suggest to the agents: Include in this review a section whereby anything needing attention could be listed. I am sure the property owners would appreciate this.

Surprised at the great features and facilities for the budget price

We didn’t have huge expectations for this accomodation and honestly only choose it for the stay for 3 nights and pay for 2 nights weekend deal, as that worked out a lot cheaper than other holiday homes in the area. And as we were taking 2 boats out fishing during daylight hours it didn’t seem to be an issue . However ....... The location was great , 1 minute walk to the beach , front deck overlooking the beach, house was clean , tidy and had everything you could need and want, neighbours were friendly and helpful and the house had a relaxing easy going charm about it. The only constructive criticism I could give was that the house had internet but didn’t share this with renters ( no password offered ) and a couple of the rooms were a bit musty during the stay . But overall a great holiday home.

Great location but the place is way overdue for a spruce up.Backyard is gravel and desolate, rear verandah has a screen door hanging on by 1 hinge and you have to be a wizard to open the 2 outside side gates.The whole place is screaming for a touch up. Doors need adjusting, toilets that don't keep flushing, a towel rack in the bathroom??It has its good points too but needs some love now.
