Gulf Shores Condo

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: So I'll start with the bad. Upon arrival the toilet in the double bedroom was clogged. I called and they agreed to fix it the following day, which they did. The light switches in the double bedroom also didn't function. There was a small sample of both laundry detergent and dish washing detergent which really wasn't enough for a long term stay so we had to purchase as well as additional trash bags. Now for the good. View was amazing, condo very spacious. Furniture a bit dated but knew that going in. Everything else worked as it should and was nice. There are beach toys that have accumulated from other guests that are available to use in the laundry room which was nice. There are also a bunch of beach chairs and inflatables available for use in the parking garage. Pool and waterslide were great! Overall great stay and would come again.

Thank you for your input! We are glad we were able to address the toilet situation in a timely manner. We've checked the lights in the guest bedroom as well. Per the communication sent to you before your stay, an initial supply of toilet paper and soap is provided for guests. The convenient location of Phoenix Gulf Shores in relation to the three local grocery stores make purchasing food and needed items a breeze. We're so glad you enjoyed the fabulous views, and we welcome the chance to host you in the future!

Phoenix Gulf Shores stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great experience. Condo was ready earlier than expected and very clean. Beautiful location, great amenities, and friendly staff. My only suggestion would be for them to add floor protector padding underneath the stools at the bar. We could hear the people upstairs every time they moved those around. Otherwise, the stay was nice and quiet. I would definitely stay here again!
