Had a great time! Condo was clean and nice and cool! Granddaughters loved it especially the 5 year old, she loved the pool the best!

Your review is appreciated. Family memories are made at the Sandpiper. Guests usually return year after year. The tropical courtyard is a very pretty setting. The swimming area is quite nice. Great for a softball team!

We booked 8 condos for the USSSA National Championship. The property was small enough to allow the families to be together and for our kids to be safe. Parking was so easy and no long waits for elevators. We enjoyed our stay!

Family Memorial Day Vacation

My family absolutely enjoyed this rental. The room was so cute and had everything we needed. The beach was easily accessible, especially for my little boy. There was no headache of waiting for an elevator! Will book again!

We’re a guy’s golf trip (50’s and 60’s) so we don’t have a lot of kitchen/appliance needs; however, we did have everything we need. The satellite TV worked and had a great sports package. All appliances were in great working order, and we had all the plates, bowls, glasses, cups and utensils we needed. The WiFi was excellent and the television was in good working order. We experienced no maintenance issues while in the unit. I would gladly use it again.

Sandpiper is a wonderful, family-friendly property, and unit 10A has just undergone a lovely renovation. With Sandpiper's popularity, it's very difficult to find a time of year that it's not booked. We never enjoy discommoding our guests, but property management and upkeep necessitate building-wide projects at times. We certainly appreciate your faithful patronage through the years and look forward to seeing you again in the future.

We brought along 2 little kids that also enjoyed their stay. The staff at Bender was very friendly and helpful throughout our booking and during our vacation. My only suggestion would be to have a recycling service. We are used to separating our trash and recyclables at home, and at the end of our stay, we were disappointed that there was no place to put our box full of recyclable material.We had a wonderful time on our first visit to Gulf Shores! UNHEATED POOL!!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family has stayed at the Sandpiper over 20 times. This year was very disappointing as the pool was not heated. The pool used to be filled with children having a good time and the 2 weeks we were there the pool was empty. I would have gone to another place if I would have known that the advertised amenities were not available. My son and grandchildren were planning to go swimming on their spring break. My friends know that this is my spring break destination but unsure about future stays.

Perfect Condo for a Guy's Trip

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Three beds for three bodies. The kitchen was properly apportioned, and the rooms were clean and clutter-free. We had easy access to the pool and the beach. We were allowed to enjoy ourselves around the pool without being hassled by overbearing security, and we enjoyed the folks who were staying around us.
