"Royal Palms 705 est situé au 561 East Beach Boulevard dans la magnifique Gulf Shores, en Alabama.

Ce condo coloré de 2 chambres, 2 salles de bains est prêt pour vos prochaines vacances en famille! La suite principale dispose d'un lit queen-size, la chambre dispose de 2 lits jumeaux et d'un canapé-lit dans le salon, ce qui permet à cette unité de dormir jusqu'à 6 personnes. 2 télévisions, un lecteur DVD et une connexion Wi-Fi sont disponibles pour votre divertissement. Vous pouvez facilement préparer vos repas dans la maison avec la cuisine entièrement équipée. Il y a aussi une laveuse et une sécheuse pour votre commodité. Assurez-vous de passer un peu de temps à admirer le paysage et les sons du golfe du Mexique!

Royal Palms est une belle propriété avec beaucoup d'excellents équipements. Avec son emplacement face au golfe, vous aurez un accès facile aux plages de sable blanc de Gulf Shores tous les jours! Il y a une piscine intérieure et extérieure, une salle d'exercice, un hammam et un sauna. Cette propriété est située près de la 1540 ft. Gulf State Park Fishing Pier et à proximité des meilleurs restaurants, boutiques et lieux de divertissement de l'île. Veuillez noter qu'il y a une nouvelle zone de grillades pour barbecue. La construction a 2 ascenseurs pour était d'accès dans tout le bâtiment.

Check in was at 5, we've stayed at Royals Pals for years always a nice stay. Unit could use a little updating especially the kitchen. Definitely would recommend staying here. Had 2 bedrooms which is nice. Our ac stopped working and Benders vacation rentals was fantastic to get someone to fix it immediately.

Roomy and clean

We enjoy staying at Royal Palms because of location. This condo has a great layout so you don't feel cramped. This is the cleanest condo we have stayed in.

Great mini vacation!

We love staying in the last condo on the beach next to the state park. It’s so quiet and serene and great for relaxing. Will stay at this out again! Very clean and fully stocked (except salt and pepper…removed during Covid) so bring your own.

Great place!

We enjoyed our stay. The property had everything we needed. Such a short boardwalk to the beach and both an indoor and outdoor pool. We used the grill one night for dinner and the condo had everything we needed. Would stay in this unit again for our next trip to Gulf Shores.

The condo was very clean and in a good location

Our stay was wonderful despite the tropical storm that came. I would let other renters know that they cannot put any shoes or beach chairs outside the door.

Amazing view!

We had a great stay and enjoyed the property and especially being right in the beach. The beds were comfortable and the condo was very clean. Was a little surprised by no sponge in the kitchen which made it a little hard to clean the pots and pans but otherwise it was great.

Great Mom’s Getaway!

Despite the looming threat of tropical storms, the beach being closed to dangerous rip currents our stay at Royal Palms was just the relaxing break we craved. The condo was so inviting, provided everything we needed, was comfortable and clean. The balcony became our favorite place for our 4-day stay, as the property is perfectly situated next to the state park, which was quiet and somewhat secluded. Will definitely come back!

Great getaway!!!

We had such a great time! Condo was very clean and looked just like the pictures showed. Beautiful view from our room and you walk right out and then you’re on the beach. Very convenient location to everything and all the staff were very friendly. Very easy process from checking in to checking out. I would definitely come back and stay again at this location. No complaints!

Room was clean . Balcony furniture was very nice. Kitchen stocked, although I didn’t cook. Only problem was it was the weather didn’t cooperate. Check in super easy property management easy to work with. We would recommend
