The Space:

Our condo is located in Royal Palms, one of the premier resort condos in Gulf Shores. Our space has 2 BR and 2 BA, a king bedroom with direct Gulf views and a queen bedroom, both with full baths with luxury finishes and walk-in showers. The condo sleeps 6 including a queen sofa sleeper that also has direct beach views and balcony access.

Guest Access:

Royal Palms has an attached parking garage with ample parking. Parking passes are $60 for each vehicle for the duration of your stay ($150 per vehicle for Hangout Fest) and can be ordered prior to your stay to be ready for you in the condo upon your arrival. There are luggage carts available for your use by the elevators. Our beachfront condo boasts one of the best locations in all of Gulf Shores on E Beach Blvd, walkable (by beach even) to many of the area’s best restaurants, beach bars, and attractions.



The Neighborhood:

Royal Palms is one of the premier resort condos in all of Gulf Shores & Orange Beach and is located on E Beach Blvd in the heart of Gulf Shores. Royal Palms boasts several resort amenities including a private boardwalk, beach, deck swing, showers, an outdoor pool, heated indoor pool, hot tub, sauna, steam room, fitness room, and community grills.



Getting Around:

Our condo is in the best location in Gulf Shores and is walkable to many of the area's top restaurants, beach bars, and attractions - giving you more time to enjoy your vacation!

● Within 5 minutes walk: Sea N Suds, Waffle House, New Orleans Original Snoballs

● Within 20 minutes walk (too many to list, but here are a few favorites): The Hangout, Pink Pony Pub, Shrimp Basket, Mikee’s, De Soto’s, Cricco’s, Papa Rocco’s, Sunliner Diner

● Nearby: Basically everything - all of the area’s main attractions (Gulf State Park, Waterville USA, Park at OWA, for example) are just a short drive away

Other Things to Note:

• At times there may be work done to the building. We will always do our best to communicate if there is any work being done that would impact our condo, floor, or the resort amenities.

• Parking passes must be displayed on your vehicle dashboard while parked in the garage. Our condo is closest on our floor to the elevators and close to the stairs as well for convenient access.

• We recently updated our door lock to a state-of-the-art smart lock to provide guests with the greatest convenience and security. Our HOA is scheduled to repaint our front door where the lock was replaced.



Interaction with Guests:

• There is a parking garage with covered and uncovered parking. Parking passes are $60 each ($150 for Music Fest) and can be ordered prior to your stay to be ready for you in the condo upon your arrival. Luggage carts are available for your use by the elevators.

• Our condo has a smart lock. We will provide you with a unique code for your stay prior to your arrival. We will also provide you with the access code to the Royal Palms amenities, which changes seasonally. There is no front desk check-in and no wristbands required.

• You are staying in a five star Airbnb experience. If at any point you feel as though your experience falls below that standard, please let us know.
