Récemment rénové, confortable et romantique studio face à la plage avec une vue imprenable. Peut accueillir confortablement 4 adultes ou 2 adultes et 2 enfants avec un lit queen size et un futon queen size (canapé-lit). Cuisine entiÚrement équipée avec toutes les commodités nécessaires (cafetiÚre, grille-pain, four micro-ondes, four à convection, cuisiniÚre, vaisselle, casseroles, etc ...) et des fournitures de plage comme serviettes de plage, parasol, glaciÚre, chaises, etc. Plusieurs autres besoins personnels disponibles en tant que: sÚche-cheveux, fer à repasser, etc. Laveuse et sécheuse à piÚces dans le hall de l'immeuble.

Local Area: Situé sur l'une des plus belles plages de Porto Rico, sur la cÎte ouest de l'ßle, à Joyuda Beach, Cabo Rojo. PrÚs des meilleurs restaurants de fruits de mer et bars de la région. Couchers de soleil à couper le souffle et à quelques pas de la magnifique plage.

The apartment was excellent!!!It was exactly what we had hoped for..Very clean and true to the pictures on line.Unlike some of the other properties we have stayed at. And the lobby and grounds were very clean and well maintained. The apartment was well furnished and all of the amenities of home.Definitely a great place to stay.

We had an excellent stay at Grisel’s studio in February. The condo had an exceptional view of the ocean and coast. It was well stocked and comfortable. There was easy, convenient access to a small beach right downstairs that was lively but never too crowded during our stay. We were grateful to have beach chairs and other gear to use as part of the rental so we did not have to pack them. The studio is near lots of restaurants and bars, although the area is not very walkable as it is along a busy roadway without sidewalks. For that reason I would make sure you have access to a car. Grisel was very responsive and had detailed, easy to follow instructions for us upon arrival. Would recommend this studio for a couple looking for a pleasant beach vacation.

The host is so nice and friendly...the place is very nice....the view is incredible....Mayaguez and Cabo Rojo are so beautiful....the nearby restaurants are great....we want to go back next year....I suggest Meson Sandwiches..Conecta Brunch..Dylan's Steakhouse..Fuerte Capron was awesome...the beaches in Aguadilla were wonderful...so memorable so thankful to the host

Our check-in process was very easy, and we received clear instructions from the host. Just a quick heads-up: there’s a small pothole right before you enter the property, so drive carefully. Other than that, everything was fantastic!The views are absolutely stunning, you could literally see across PR for miles and being on the top floor you have nothing blocking your view. Also the room was cool, comfortable, and well-kept. You can open a window to enjoy fresh air and listen to the soothing sound of ocean waves. The beach is literally steps away, which makes this location perfect for relaxing.The room also had plenty of thoughtful extras like beach chairs, umbrellas, extra towels, and even an extra fan for white noise—everything you need for a comfortable stay.As for noise, out of the five nights we stayed, only one or two nights had people on the beach late at night. It wasn’t enough to be annoying, and closing the windows solved it easily.Communication with the host was excellent—they answered all my questions promptly and were very helpful.Overall, this is a great location, and I would definitely recommend it to others. We had a fantastic time and would absolutely book this room again!

Paradise

The studio was perfect. Very clean, very cute. Had all my favorites colors and theme. I had a rough time locating it at first. Because Puerto Rico has roads that were a little confusing. But everything was just as promised. The beach was literally outside the building, clean water and nice atmosphere. Everything that you’d need was inside in case you forgot anything. I just stayed 2 nights, just time for me to regroup and ground myself again. I will definitely try to come back and recommend this sweet studio.

Relaxing

An amazingly clean, beautiful beach decor and well appointed apartment. Grisel was very available when communicating information and check-in/out instructions.The view from the studio apartment was just beautiful. The beach was nice and mostly visited by families. The beach patrons were quiet. My wife and I spent two very relaxing days and would highly recommend this studio apartment.

A relaxing vacation

This place was exactly what we wanted for our stay in PR. Room was clean and inviting. Great view of the beach and close to very good restaurants. There were even extra beache toys for use. We stayed for 9 nights. I lived that the bottom had an open patio to sit ourside and enjoy the fresh breeze after a day in the sun. We will be back next year.

Carribean getaway!

Well-maintained complex including common areas, secure parking lot, and grounds. The apartment was decorated nicely, super clean, and had everything we needed during our weeklong stay. The views are beautiful and the beach is a few steps away and very nice. The only downside we experienced was some noisy people late at night (3 AM) that probably come over when the bars close, as there is public access from rhe road. This occurred a few nights and we used ear plugs. This has nothing to do with the host and is probably common for these beachfront condos. It's a great place to vacation but don't expect peace and quiet in March as this beach has a lively vibe with locals and families. Everyone was very friendly and we felt completely safe here. There are plenty of great restaurants and bars just minutes away by car. We didn't see that it would be safe to walk the road as there isn't much room and cars tend to speed. We enjoyed our stay here very much.

A bit of heaven on the western shore of Puerto Rico - Cabo Rojo

The owner has created an oasis in a small apartment. Using clever space utilization and design, the kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom coexist to make a very liveable space for two adults. Now, for the diamond of this couple's nest, one whole wall is windows that look up the coast and into the mountains. It is a top-floor, expensive resort view for much, much less than a resort would charge. The beach is right in front—perfect and safe. Parking is included and convenient, and the building is very secure. A covered courtyard with chairs is located on the ground floor; everything needed is just a short drive away. Did I mention that the entire apartment is color coordinated in a tasteful color and that there is a full stove (clean) and refrigerator? It is not a resort; it is better - a lovely and comfortable home base in which to live in and enjoy the beauty of Puerto Rico.

The view! Gorgeous top floor!

This is possibly the most adorable VRBO we have ever stayed in! The sunset, the beach just wow! Perfect place for a couple...so romantic and they thought of everything! There was a lot of love and care put into this place. So many details. We loved and enjoyed every bit of it. Thank you!

Great little place!

First and foremost, the views are incredible! My husband and I stayed here for a week. It was a good size for the two of us. It is as described in the posting. It was clean. The kitchen is well equipped although skillets are a bit warped and everything stuck to the bottom, so if you’re an avid cooker like I am, it can be frustrating. The beach was nice with a lot of shells! Lots of restaurants! The directions were spot on. The host made it really easy. It is a safe area, gated property. There are keys to even get in the elevator. Cute decor, a lot of decorations and a lot of pillows! 😁 WiFi was good. We were happy about that. Beach towels provided with chairs, coolers, ect. We used the cooler for our beverages while exploring the island. The only thing I’d add is an oven or convection oven would have been nice. In the description it said it had a confection oven. So, that put a damper on baking anything. This is from my husband. 😂 The TV is very small if that’s important to you. You can connect to Netflix Hulu, ect. which is nice. The bed was comfortable, but take into consideration that it is enclosed from top to bottom, so if you are tall, you’ll have a hard time. I’m 6’2 so it was a tight fit for me, but we knew that going in. I would have liked a tv in the bedroom. There’s a perfect spot. Yes, I love TV! 😁 And maybe a few more wash clothes. Overall, we had a great stay! We would stay again! Thanks for everything.

My husband and I enjoyed our week at the Romantic Studio. It was perfect for our beach getaway. The studio was clean and the building was nicely maintained. Grisel, the hostess, provided detailed check-in instructions and communicated with us regularly throughout our trip.

Grisel is very communicative and detailed prior to our arrival to the property. Process was easy. The view is exactly as posted in pictures. Very clean up to date property with all necessities to accommodate your stay. My husband and I were very pleased with our stay and definitely would recommend anyone this gem.😍

Great view, wel stocked, but noisy

In general this property was fine. It is a small studio but we knew that from Grisel's description. the view is great (looking out most windows gives a great view of the Carribean) but i can't understand why there is no balcony. none of the apartments on the beach side of the building have balconies but all others do. The apartment is on the 6th floor which is fine as long as the elevator is running. We had a full day without electricity so everything was lugged up and own via stairwell. Not at all Grisel's responsibiity but you should know that this is possible. Everything you could need is packed into the studio. the owners really get what trvelers need to be at home. The weekends are a diffferent story than the weekdays. This small apartment building is packed from Friday to Sunday with beach goers. Even with the apartment on the 6th floor, all sound, music, yelling, etc. reaches your ears. Thanks to Grisel for the spongy ear plugs for sleeping, but it wasn't easy. There is just no sound proofing for a studio that has windows on most of the walls (see note on wonderful views). Many great restaurants nearby and you can find most anything you might need to buy within a 10 - 15 minute drive. Grisel was incredibly responsive even tho she was in a different time zone on vacation herself. Thanks again for all her messages and help.

The rental was just like shown in the pictures - such a cute place and beautiful view. Owners in the building were so helpful and friendly. We immediately made friends with several of them and exchanged contact info. It was quiet, peaceful, relaxing, and had everything in the unit we needed. Had beach items (chairs, umbrella, towels, snorkel gear, cooler, etc). Unit was gated and safe. Lots of places to eat within short distance. When we return we will definitely stay here again. Highly recommend.

Everything you need and more

My wife and I stayed here for our honeymoon/Christmas vacation. The apartment was very clean and in pristine condition. It had everything we needed to cook Christmas eve dinner with a grocery store very close by. The beach downstairs was one of the best in the area and the sunsets are a must do. The host had chairs, table, and umbrellas for us to use. We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this apartment!

Best stay ever!!!!

From the beginning, Grisel was very responsive to all of my questions. So many times the photos on properties don’t match up with what is actually there, however the pictures on Grisel’s site are very accurate and best of all once there in person it was even better than we imagined. The apartment had everything that we needed and much more. We will definitely rent this apartment the next time we are in Puerto Rico.

It's All True!

The pictures don't lie. The host is always available and gracious. Everything you could possibly need for a beach vacation is here. The kitchen is fully equipped if you are planning to make meals but there are many restaurants nearby that sell delicious meals. the chance to explore some of the small towns nearby is possible because the main road allows for easy access. and last but definitely not least is the view. breathtaking throughout the entire apartment.
