Cette beauté moderne de trois chambres en bord de mer est située dans la communauté populaire de Bayshore à Waldport. La maison dispose de 3 chambres à coucher sur un seul niveau principal, est joliment meublée et offre un grand espace extérieur avec une grande terrasse, un bain à remous privé et un chemin de sable directement à la plage. Many sockets are controlled by a wall switch. If you plug something in check it's working. Initial TV connection was not working in the msin room, maintenance came the next day to sort that out. We think the previous renter had done a factory reset for some reason.

Waldport beach house

This place was fantastic! It was nice to have such great access to the beach, the house layout and amenities lent to a really great beach trip for our family. The host was responsive and check in/ out was easy. We would definitely seek this place out again.

The view of the beach was minimal and the public beach access was a little weird to have people walking in the backyard but it was convenient.

Fantastic time!!!

Beautiful home for a visit. Easy walk to beach right off the back deck. Clean, large space, football available when the weather didn't cooperate and the hot tub was great! No complaints!

It's a perfect place to stay to relax by the beach and soak in the hot tub after long walks along the beach, close to newport for anything you need. My only complaint would be that the cook ware (pots/pans/colander) were very old and scratched/chipping making me not want to cook with them, i instead used the crockpot that was available. Over all a good place.

Family time

This was a start to the Summer get away for us and our granddaughters. The location of the house to the beach, having a hot tub, and being close to town and places like the Aquarium made this house a perfect spot for us. The house fit our group and was very comfy. We will keep it on our list and recommend it to others.

Affordable beach stay

Overall was pretty good. I did notice that the floors in the living room had not been cleaned very well especially by the sofa and the coffee table was literally falling apart. The bedrooms were ample and clean, the hot tub made it worth the stay.

It's a well-run development.Probably, a team should be hired to just live in each rental unit and make upgrades later, according to their findings.While that may sound expensive, it will be money well spent; and in some cases prevent much more expensive repairs later.

What a great place

We came here to celebrate my best friends birthday. It was a really great stay. Plenty of room for all of us to relax and unwind from a crazy work week. The house itself was beautiful and spacious. We loved that it was right on the beach. Just a short walk. The hot tub was a huge plus. We will definitely rent this home again in the future.

Slice of beach heaven

Excellent property excelent stay. Hot tub was excellent. Beach is only about 30 yards away with a nice trail leading to it.had the beach to ourselves could walk forever and only come across a few people. If you have little ones bring a baby gate for the stairs. We brought a booster seat for at the dinner table. Short drive to everything in Newport, Depoe Bay and Lincoln City. Yet far enough away to escape the hustle and bustle of the crouds.

Great location, good for a large group

Stayed with friends and we had a great weekend. Listing was as shown online. Comfortable beds. Kitchen is sparse, we were glad we brought pans and ended up having to buy a sponge and small bottle of dish soap. Check in process was smooth. Location is wonderful, right on the dunes!

Great location

We had everything we needed for our stay and home was in a great location to lots of other activities. Short walk to beach was easy and the beach was amazing! The only thing that threw me was that there was no air conditioning (I didn't think to look for AC in the list of options /amenities) and not being from the area didn't realize this is kind of normal -- the house was warm and musty but once we were able to open windows and turn on fans and let the air flow it was a nice temperature inside.

Weekend away.

A couple friends and I stayed here for the weekend… check In and check out process was super easy. The house was clean, but pretty basic.. beds were okay…kitchen not very well stocked… dinning table chairs were pretty dirty. Everything seemed pretty used. The hot tub, cooled down super fast and took all day to heat back up, I was pretty bummed about that. I wouldn’t stay here again.

Appon arrival, the dryer knob was not working. They replaced the knob the following day. There was a mess underneath furniture from prior guests that did not get cleaned. The master bed was very firm, we were greatful for the hot tub to losen our backs. The hot tub has a leak, we had to refull it 3 times in our 8 day stay, which took half the days to warm back up. There was a small ant problem around the fireplace and kitchen. The neighbors to the left have a very passive aggressive sign in the yard to be considerate and quiet, with lights shining in the yard which ruined our night time star gazing just so we could read their sign, yet they let their dogs poop in our yard, and trampled through it to retreive their dog without any proper "hello", or even a smile. The trail to the beach is a PUBLIC trail, so random people walking through the yard and snooping was strange. The neighbors to the right however, were so kind and welcoming. Despite the small annoying issues, the town and home was accomidating to my birthday family trip. We even rented another bnb up the road just to stay a few more days longer.

I’m sorry you found a mess under the furniture. Had you let us know, we would have happily sent our housekeeping team over during your stay. But rest assured, the housekeeping team is now aware to deep clean the area. We have a vendor working on the hot tub and trust that they’ll have it taken care of shortly. Our maintenance team did also treat the ants very shortly after your stay. I’m sorry that the neighbors were inconsiderate and made you feel unwelcome. The house is beautiful, but the listing says there is an ocean view but there isn't. I was very relient on it for my disabled grandmother who can't walk to the ocean. The house also was not very clean. There was urine all over the toilet, there was garbage that blew out from under the couch, and there was 1 roll of toilet paper. It was kind of an inconvenience to pay the amount i paid and wasnt even able to see the ocean from the house. Their are also some broken blinds. We did really enjoy the hottub
