The view from the inside of the house and the back deck is gorgeous! The cracks in the walk way leading to the front door need to be fixed. It’s very dangerous for someone with disabilities like myself. The carpet needs to be cleaned professionally and the patio furniture should have been wiped down prior to our arrival instead of us using paper towels.

Pacific Ocean View is a wonderful home in Bayshore. The views are stunning. We had stayed here in 2012 and needed to return. It matched our memories. The home is well stocked with everything you need. The beds are comfortable. Nice living room area. Great dining table with a dinner few of the Pacifici. We will stay there again and would highly recommend it.

Most furniture worn out. Wobbly to the point of being unusable. Dining chairs legs are needing either re-glued or replaced. View from the deck would be great if the plexiglass was semi clean. Decking and outside furniture in need of cleaning. Front of property is very overgrown. At least trim shrubs and trees. Communication with the host was nonexistent. 11 questions went unanswered until the next to last day when finally received check out information

I’m sorry the furnishings, deck surfaces, and landscaping did not meet expectations; we’ve scheduled an inspection to repair or replace unstable items and will speak to the housekeeping team about deep-cleaning the deck, outdoor furniture, and protective panels. We will send the landscaper your notes as well and ask that more attention be paid to the shrub and trees. I also apologize for the delayed communication; we are reviewing this situation with the guest experience team and will ensure prompt improvements are made on their part. We appreciate the feedback and will use it to make meaningful improvements.

Beautiful view of ocean

This property worked perfectly for us. Four of us scrapbooked for 4 days. There was plenty of room for us to spread out. The kitchen is nice sized so we could have more than one prepping meals.The bedrooms are good sized and beds are comfortable.

Great place for my friends and I

Good location for walking and just hanging out; quiet; comfortable. Nice to have the doors open at night to hear the ocean. the two bedroom are in separate parts of the house which was nice for two couples.

Perfect Coastal Home

The property is well kept, super clean and perfect for 2 couples to share. We enjoyed our long weekend very much!! Property Management does an amazing job keeping up their rentals and taking care of their clients. Kudos to Meredith Lodging!!!!

Great Ocean View and Access

The house is located .5 miles from beach access. An easy walk or quick drive. The ocean views from the home and deck are beautiful. The home is comfy and roomy with two good sized bedrooms. It's conveniently located near Waldport and Newport is a short drive. I'd love to stay here again.

Nice home with view

Nice home, good location near Alsea bay for crabbing. Lots of parking. One odd thing was garage was not useable as there was a car in it!

It’s nice when the pictures accurately reflect the property. The view is the highlight of the house. From the kitchen/dining area, the living room, main bedroom, and the deck the view of the beach and ocean is beautiful. House was very well equipped and clean.

Beautiful view and responsive hosts

First, the view is unbeatable. My dad happily spent a whole day looking out at the ocean while working on puzzles (they have so many puzzles too!). The kitchen has all of the pans and utensils you need to cook your own meals, but be sure to bring your own staples like sugar and coffee. Lastly, the hosts were SUPER responsive when I asked questions after hours, which I very much appreciated.

Cooler Weather in Hot Times

The setting of this rental is terrific for watching waves and traveling to hikes and beaches in this area of the Oregon Coast is quick. It is about a 15 minute walk to its beach. All of the amenities were workable. The property managers were helpful and stayed in touch.
