Les jeunes mariés et les couples adoreront ce chalet de plage simple et confortable! Cette maison d'une chambre et d'une salle de bain est nichée au bout d'une allée privée sur le cÎté ouest de la route 101.

Ce cottage qui accepte les animaux domestiques comprend une cuisine entiÚrement meublée et un coin repas avec vue sur l'océan. Notre salon a des siÚges confortables, y compris un canapé-lit et la télévision par cùble / DVD ainsi que de grandes baies vitrées pour profiter de la vue sur l'océan - la pluie ou le soleil! Notre terrasse est fermée, c'est une configuration parfaite pour que les animaux domestiques puissent profiter du plein air en toute sécurité.

Profitez de la romance en vous asseyant prÚs de la cheminée avec une boisson chaude et en profitant des vagues déferlantes! Les escaliers vous mÚnent à huit miles de plage de sable qui est littéralement votre arriÚre-cour.

Beach was empty, compared to most ocean Access places. Rustic, but everything you need for spending time with the best view and so easy to get down to beach. Perfect for dogs.

The place smells like smoke. Didn’t use fireplace. The bathroom sink was clogged. Drained slowly. We followed TV instructions and got the message of no signal and never tried again. On the positive side we loved the proximity and access to the beach, the spectacular view and the gorgeous weather. The place was clean and neat too.

Was amazing cute little house for great weekend getaway with my husband where we could just sit and relax. Tight driveway but otherwise nice spot and cute cottage.

Everything was great. The Fireplace has some issues. Not sure if the chimney needs cleaned or the outside wind was a variable as the draft wasn't taking the smoke up the chimney. It smoked the house, so we didn't use it from then on. It didn't affect our stay which was excellent.

Awesome property. Steps from beach. Enclosed deck was perfect for our dog. Nice grass area between deck and the beach. The cottage was somewhat rustic but perfect for our family (including Frankie the dog) small but well stocked kitchen.Fireplace with supplied wood was nice for cool evenings. Look forward to returning.

Our family had never been to the Oregon coast before. Our family loved the views and the coziness of the house. The location was perfect for activities and attractions within 30 to 45 minutes of the house.

Beach Lover

Very close to beach and nice walks. Sitting on the front porch, looking out at the ocean, smelling the salt air, and watching the sunset was very relaxing. This cottage is close to a lot of other beaches, towns, and things to do. A little painting would greatly improve the feel of the cottage. Having a grill on the front porch was great but it needs repairs or replacing. Kitchen cabinet door did not close which was annoying when preparing vegetables or washing dishes. I was very happy with our stay.

Nice getaway

Cozy cottage with a great view. Loved having firewood for a fire, and the kitchen is a plus to save on dining out. Location is a short drive to neighboring Waldport or Yachats, and a little further but still easy drive to Newport.

Oregon coast get away

the pros: location right at the beach with access a few steps away. Broad sandy beach 7 miles long, private setting, conveniently located to beaches and destinations north and south, kept the rain off us, comfortable bed, 2 dressers for clothing. The cleanest purest water we’ve ever encountered. Plenty of hot water.The cons: the cottage was pretty shabby with very little storage, and a minuscule work space. No staple cooking supplies, one drawer for every bit of cutlery and kitchen tools, ingress and egress through a sliding glass door with worn rollers from being at the shore- a very hard way to get in or out. The floors were uneven, which is typical for an older building, but the shower was so not level that it wouldn’t drain. You were left standing in an inch of soapy water and had to sweep the water to the drain with your feet. The shower was small, so small that you couldn’t bend over to get to the soap dispensers on the floor of the shower, but had to crouch down. We are average height and weight, anyone larger couldn’t have managed. The floor in the shower was slick, it would have been nice to have a grab bar to exit the shower with our wet soapy feet. There was an anti slip mat provided but with the lack of drainage, the water wouldn’t get out from underneath it. The bad news about heat in the bathroom, it didn’t work. The good news about NO heat in the bathroom was it would have been a terrible fire hazard as the towel bar was directly over it.

This beach house is amazing! We loved the big windows and the perfect patio to watch the shoreline. The beach is great for a walk on a clean beach that looks to be miles long.

Beautiful Stay

The property was nice, rustic a bit. It was a honeymoon cottage perfect for two people. The bathroom was updated, the kitchen looked original from the beginning. The place was clean, bedding and bed was comfortable. There were some Adirondack chairs outside we used but the patio set was rusted through. There were a couple of beautiful days to be outside but the weather was as expected (windy and rainy) the rest of our stay (in March.) The beach access was very close and the view is amazing of the waves breaking and gulls flying overhead.

Beautiful view!

Enjoyed our stay very much! The beach access is basically right outside the door and we took a walk every morning and evening. There were bunnies in the yard every day and bald eagles on the beach Kitchen was fully stocked and we were able to cook. Bed was comfortable. The only complaint I had was the couch was uncomfortable.
