La maison privĂ©e avec 16 acres sur le lac Rail Road de location de vacances hebdomadaire ou mensuelle, une seule autre maison sur l'ensemble du lac. Maison est entiĂšrement meublĂ© 6 couchages avec une salle de jeu au sous-sol. A / C vient d'ajouter. Lac est d'env. 80 plus acres et 55 pi. De profondeur avec achigan, le dorĂ©, le maskinongĂ©, le brochet, crapet, la perche, la truite et Sunfish. RĂ©servez votre Ă©tĂ©, d'automne ou les vacances d'hiver Couleurs maintenant. Quiet Lake House

Very nice, quiet lake house on a very private lake. Excellent fishing and close to town. I would recommend this to anyone wanting to get away and relax for a week or so.

great spot! house is very comfortable and super clean! the grounds are beautiful.

the owners were friendly and responsive. the lake is beautiful.the property is easily accessible. we fish multiple lakes and all in close proximity. had a great time .

Great place to stay

Jerry's place is awesome. Secluded enough to not anything but the woods around you. Crystal falls is only a few minutes away with everything you need. The lake has an abundance of fish for any angler. Whether youre looking for some peace and quiet with the family or friends or want to explore iron county and the surrounding areas id reccomend this cabin to anyone.

Our quiet getaway

Enjoyed the view of the lake. Watched 2 loons every day. Had a fawn that visited every day. The fishing was very good. We did catch and release several pike, perch and bluegill. The house was well equipped and we needed nothing more.

Hunt or Fish Camp

If you are looking for a place to call home while hunting or fishing the U.P. this will certainly do nicely. I have been spending part of my October in this area almost every year for over 25 years. It was nice being so close to town yet having so much privacy and land around the house. The TV and internet were great. Living room and main bedroom were very comfortable. Bunk room is as comfortable as any bunk room. My only complaint is the sulfur smell of the water. That is not unusual for this area, just be prepared for it. Prices for everything around the country have gone up, and cabin rentals in this area have gone up a lot. Cabins seem to book early, so it looks like the market will sustain higher prices for the near future. My advice would be to book early.

Great place for fishing

Nice access to semi-private lake. House has large basement with gaming tables. Included use of trolling motor, battery and Jon boat. Enjoyed our stay.

wonderful place- just kind of weirdly PERFECT!

The place is well-maintained. Folksy (not meaning bugs and broken stuff, just meaning that it wasn't overly new - it FELT like the U.P. - which I deeply appreciate!). The fishing was amazing - great for old-timers and beginners alike. Nice kitchen!

Relaxing Lake House!

Had the lake to ourselves with the exception of the fish and the beavers. Even saw some bald eagles! The house is comfortable and has everything you need for a vacation stay. Jerry, the owner, was very helpful and accommodating. We’ve already booked for next year!!

Very Chill Vacation!

I took my family to this cottage on a beautiful, peaceful lake. I was everything that we wanted and more. I never heard; "I am bored," from any of my four boys. Which would usually happen on vacation. In the morning, you can sit on the dock drinking coffee and pulling up fish. In the afternoon, there are many waterfalls and trails to climb. Plus, at night if you are hungry there is a wonderful pizza place right down the road when you don't want to cook. Highly recommend a stay at this cottage. I hope to go again.

Good place to stay, very good fishing, and very nice natural setting !!!

My wife and I stayed at the property on Railroad Lake for 10 days in May. We had a good time mainly fishing, hiking, and golfing in the surrounding area. Jerry the owner is extremely helpful when it comes to questions relating to the property and the area. The property is very close to the town of Crystal Falls, you pretty much can find all that you need there. The only negative related to the property was even though it is a ways off US -2 you do here traffic noise. not so much when your in the house, you tend notice it more when you are on the water. Most of the time it isn't bad, but you do notice it when traffic is heavy. That being said we were overall were comfortable and happy with our stay.
