Amazing week stay

We had a fantastic week at this property, the home was better than advertised. Beautiful views, very spactious. Clean, tidy, had everything that was needed and close to town. Excellent communication!

Fantastic property and location. Views were simply phenomenal. Games room and movie theater were so much fun! We had the perfect week.

Great house with wonderful views

We had 3 families and another couple staying with us and the house was wonderfully quiet. Cinema room was a welcome plus and the view from the kitchen/living area was amazing. Highly recommend

Breathtaking

We had a fabulous stay at this absolutely beautiful property on Lake Hayes! I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for large space with a beautiful view only 25 minutes from downtown Queenstown. Don’t look any further. Thanks for a great experience.

70th birthday celebrations

This property exceeded our expectations, plenty of room for a family of 12 to move around, a bathroom to each bedroom was a big plus. Well appointed kitchen. We all came & went with ease with the door code, just a couple of negatives: Coffee machine did not work. Seemed a little difficult to get a normal station on the TV in the lounge. And whilst we managed getting the recycling to the depot it was actually something we thought the cleaners should be able to do. I would highly recommend this property and the company that we dealt with. Thank you for our memorable stay. Queenstown definitely has a lot to offer.

Beautiful home, centrally located, loved the theater!!

We had one of the children get injured, spent New Years Eve in the emergency room! It was NOT the fault of the property or anyone else. He happened to land in the garden to the far left of the patio with all of his weight and landed on a cut off branch and had a pretty severe laceration!! He should NOT have been in the garden:))) We also left a pillow with a purple pillow case, if we could pick that up somewhere that would be great! If not no worries. Thanks so much!!

60th birthday celebration with the family

The house is super big and worked well for our group of 12 The house wasnt very clean stains on the deck bathrooms hair and stains cigarette butt everywhere movie room ice cream stains and popcorn

This was an awesome property that catered for everyone. Having a bar down stair and each room having a bathroom made for a great stay.

Luxurious and beautiful property

We were a party of 10 adults and this property suited our needs perfectly. Five Extremely Comfortable king size beds, beautifully appointed en-suite bathrooms, well- equipped kitchen and various lovely sitting areas with splendid views over the picturesque Lake Hayes. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would have no hesitation in recommending it to others.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property is in a wonderful position and is large enough to cater for a big family group in all weathers due to the home cinema and games room. However if the standard of furnishings in the living and bedrooms were upgraded and more comfortable the property would be a lot more desirable.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We flew in to NZ for a wedding at Stoneridge and stayed for the week at this house. Truly a wonderful place and a wonderful stay. Everyone was impressed by this residence, and it was the perfect location to get ready for the wedding that was being held just down the hill. Even when the power went out later in the week (due to heavy rain in the area, no fault of the home) the management company was quick to reply and come out just to be sure there was nothing wrong with the house. Travel tip: If downtown Queenstown is getting too busy, check out Arrowtown for great dining and some interesting NZ history as well!

Dear Shawn, Thank you for your detailed review. This property certainly is stunning and I agree that many people forget about Arrowtown, its history and of course the wonderful restaurants and bars. Its very rare for us to have any power outage in the area but being in an alpine climate can of course happen from time to time.
