Unfortunately there is a conflict in property description and actual property. The location is amazing, unfortunately the property requires maintenance and significant cleaning

This Guest has complained to VRBO regards the condition of my property being older & was seeking a 25% refund. There were no cleaning issues other than makeup wipes reported to be left in the shower, Previous guest reported not there when they were there & they dont use wipes. Cleaners advised they wernt there prior to guests arrival. Guest took it upon herself to take photos of anything she could spot & could take to prove theur case for a refund. The previous group loved our property & said although being a little older was clean & tidy no issues & was as expected they had a great time. This guest came on referal of their son who had stayed previously with another group who left great reviews. Vrbo has found nothing wrong with my listing as stated & the guest advised me they didnt read the listing as they relied on the sons recomendations. No action has been taken by VRBO of my listing or this booking. I get a lot of great reviews & ocasionally a person complains. I do my very best to sort any issues. Sometimes people will surprise you. Im working on the photos reviewed from this guest to improve the look of my home built in 1990. Judge for yourself were these photos unclean or just a little dated , someone looking for some compenstaion. There is no conflict of listing & of what is presented. Read all reviews & make up your own mind.

Fantastic stay for our family! Everything was cosy, comfortable, convenient (including the location!) and very clean. Would recommend for any larger groups and Reid was great with communication which made the logistics of our stay seamless. We had a baby with us and there was a room set up for her with a cot and plenty of living space to lounge around in!

5 Perfect in every way ! We enjoyed every moment at the Eagleview. Spectacular views, a beautiful kitchen with everything you need, a cozy fire that heats up the entire house and lots of dry firewood. Excellent location with easy access to Coronet Peak & The Remarkables, which is so important with Queenstown’s increasing traffic. Look no where else for top quality holiday accomodation. Everything was so easy, great communication with the host. Thank you, we have already booked to come again next year !

Perfect location with walking distance to many of the Queenstown attractions. The views are truly stunning and the home has everything needed for a relaxing and convenient stay for a group/ family. Highly commend!

Perfectly located to enable walking into town. Brilliant spot. The hill is a killer on the trip home, but what you get in return is stunning views across town and the lake and it’s a 5 minute walk to the action. Host is very particular, however that is not a bad thing - instructions were clear and the property well organised. The home is on the older side, but that is clear from the photos and was not a surprise. Once the fire is going, the house is very warm, even in snow season. Ample firewood and fire starters provided. The home is across three split-levels so quite good for a large family. We had 10 people (two of which were kids). We had a great stay and would recommend the property.

We enjoyed our week in Queenstown. Communication with the host was easy with short response times.Reid’s home is spacious - plenty of room so that the six of us were not tripping over each other or having to share bathrooms.Amazing views and very short, walkable commute into town to meet up with our excursions. Just know that the walk back up the hill is short but steep. Ubers and taxis are readily available if you need help up the hill. Access to 2 sets of washers and dryers was especially helpful for the mid-point of our trip.If you are planning a winter stay, dress warm. Queenstown can be cold in June.

We enjoyed our family Christmas holiday together at this location and especially loved the front living balcony with beautiful views. Easy walk a few minutes down to shops and exploring. Queenstown was beautiful.

The house is perfectly located just up the hill from downtown, close enough to be downtown in minutes but far enough to steer clear of all the downtown hustle. the house is large on multiple levels which works well for a large group, and the outdoor patios are very relaxing with great views of the lake, mountains, etc.
