We returned to this townhouse after being away for a few days on the other side of the island and it was like coming home! Thanks again for a truly wonderful stay.
Clean and very well stocked including beach equipment! The distance to the beach was a little farther than we thought, but it was a short drive with plenty of parking. Highly recommend!
This place was perfect for what we were looking for. It can very very expensive to stay in Hawaii, so we were thrilled to find a nice unit in a beautiful part of the island and on a great property for such an affordable price. The unit had everything we needed and plenty of space. Would definitely book here again.
Great condo we really enjoyed our stay. Here are a few suggestions the condo needs more silverware especially forks. It also needs more tupperware with lids, better pillows for the beds (they were all huge and we had to use pillows from the couch).

We had a great vacation at the Fairways at Mauna Lani. The condo was very spacious with 2 bedrooms and kitchen. The outdoor patio and lanai was nice. The pool in the center of the complex was big and beautiful. The grocery store and shops was just down the road and very convenient. And the beach club is awesome. Great for a family vacation spot.
Property was as described as well as clean and quiet.
The only issue was one of the bicycles had several missing/broken spokes so could not really be used as the wheel wobbles.
We would stay here again

The house and neighborhood were both great. The time of year likely had an impact, but it was very quiet and we didnât have to share the pool with many people. Location was nice, 30min from the airport, 30min to Waimea and 40min to Kailua-Kona. The swim gear, while not guaranteed, was nice to have.
Great location. I have stayed in this complex multiple times before and this place was good, not great. There were bikes in the garage, but not availed for use of home renters, the beds were a bit hard, and the unit is an end unit, but there is another unit that looks upon the lania, so not as private as I thought. Overall it was good.
We selected this unit because of the ground level bedroom and bath for someone with mobility issues who wasn't comfortable going up and down stairs. She was able to have her own space downstairs, while my wife and I used the upstairs bedroom, and it was perfect.
We've stayed at The Fairways in the past, and really enjoy the location, the amenities, and the units. Everything on this visit was excellent, and the unit well-appointed and comfortable.
I have rented many properties throughout the Hawaiian islands and this is one of the best The unit is very close to the Fairmont Orchid(8 min walk). It is a 2 storey unit so the bedrooms are separated with own bathrooms. Beds are comfy and unit was very clean. What struck me was how well the unit was appointed. It had every appliance you can think of. It also had almost all the oils, vinegars and spices needed for delicious meals. Not sure if left from previous renters but appreciated. The powerful bbq in the outdoor kitchen was very handy. Only thing missing was oven mitts and bbq utensils. Plenty of towels and linens but if you run out there's full size washer and dryer. Water toys, board, chairs and noodles are provided.
There is foodland market a couple mins away. A Tommy bahama restaurant is located in the same plaza.
Great pool and hot tub. Very quiet. The gym is adequate.
The unit has access to the Mauna Lani private beach club. Lovely small crescent beach. Not crowded. It is a bit far to walk.but there is access to parking.
If I'm ever going to stay in this area again this will be my go to.
We stayed for almost two weeks in this townhouse. The grounds and beautiful and the Mauna Lani area is one we love. The private beach is the reason we return to this area year after year. The kitchen is well stocked. The only suggestion we have for the owners/mgmt company is to get a new bed in the primary room upstairs - it is worn out. Great place and we would return again!
We enjoyed our stay! The house is conveniently located and well equipped and organized. There were 2 bikes and various pool and beach toys available, plenty of chairs. It was a nice spot to crash after enjoying the beautiful island!
Very nice condo, walkable to shops, Fairmont, Auberge, and beach. Quiet spot. We enjoyed the beach gear, bikes, and Beach Club, which has drinks and food available during the day and good snorkeling. Many turtles on this stretch of coast.
We were in Hawaii to babysit for our daughterâs 6-month old, while they enjoyed their COVID delayed honeymoon at Mauna Kea. Mauna Lani was a good distance away (8 miles), which worked well.
