Balmoral 117A est un condominium décontracté situé au premier étage et situé au bord de la baie. Ce condo de trois chambres et deux salles de bains possède un balcon meublé, idéal pour se détendre. Ce condo est l'endroit idéal pour vous et votre famille à appeler à la maison pour une semaine! Balmoral 117A est l’une des meilleures locations de vacances à Ocean City.

Ce condo est construit pour la détente facile, assis en face d'un petit parc. Le salon est doté d'un canapé vert clair, d'un fauteuil inclinable en cuir et d'une télévision à écran plat. Les portes coulissantes du balcon baignent l'espace de lumière naturelle. Juste à côté du salon se trouve une salle à manger, idéale pour des repas agréables en famille. À côté de la salle à manger se trouve la cuisine bien équipée avec un bar pour le petit-déjeuner, idéal pour manger un bout. La chambre principale dispose d'un lit king-size, d'une salle de bains privative, d'une télévision à écran plat et d'un accès au balcon. La deuxième chambre a un lit queen-size et une télévision à écran plat. La troisième chambre comprend un lit superposé pyramidal et une télévision à écran plat, idéale pour les enfants. La deuxième salle de bain est située dans le couloir. Cette propriété peut accueillir confortablement jusqu'à huit personnes, alors amenez toute la famille!

Condo was accurate as advertised. Location was great and you could walk everywhere. AC worked well. Only complaint is that the beds are not comfortable, very very firm.

Laid Back & Cozy

Great location in a friendly community. Walking distance to restuarants, "spirit shops", & fun activities. Just a short drive up Coastal highway to the boardwalk. This unit is nice & cozy. It accommodated my family of 6 very comfortably.

Sand Duels Weekend

The place was great and spacious for our family. The only thing we would change or urge investing in would be upgrading mattresses for the beds. Everything else was nice. Location was close to restaurants, grocery store, and gym. We would definitely visit again.

Family vacation

Very nice location. Short distance to the beach. Condo could use a deep clean. We enjoyed our stay other than we booked here due to the pool. Pool closed down for 2 1/2 days. No refund offered. No notification from the office. Also we arrived early for check in. Staff asked if I received a phone call or text. I would receive a phone call or text when the unit was ready. We went to lunch. After lunch I checked my EMAIL our unit was ready. So check your email. All and all we had a good stay.

July 2022 Stay

Positives: location to the beach is 0.3 miles, very quiet neighborhood, and close to grocery store. Easily understood that linens were not provided. Rooms were a nice size and comfortable. Bathrooms were updated. Washer and dryer worked well. Negatives: Man door should have more security with a peek hole and security chain. The condo could have a more thorough cleaning, it was just surface cleaned and would been beneficial to have a dustpan. There was no hand soap, toilet paper or paper towels. Pictures are not recent, the décor and furniture are dated and showing wear.

We stayed at this property 8 years ago and found it to be an average but pleasant place—nothing fancy, but nice overall. Unfortunately, during our recent stay on 8/25, it was clear that the property has not been maintained over the years.The entrance, deck, and railing are in poor condition and falling apart. The sink drain issue from 8 years ago remains unresolved and is now about 80% clogged. The couch appeared so dirty that my wife chose not to sit on it, and the throw rug was in similarly poor condition. Many light switches don’t work, and the Roku in the main bedroom is non-functional.On a positive note, the kitchen is still clean and well-kept, and the overall cleanliness of the space was acceptable. However, the property itself is clearly rundown and in need of serious maintenance.Important note: The photos online are likely outdated—possibly from 8 or more years ago—so be cautious when booking based on those images.

If I’m reviewing this property, it’s 3 stars because of the air conditioning situation. If I’m reviewing Shoreline properties, it’s 5 stars for fixing the situation. Read more if interested! We got there and it was 81 inside the unit. It was so hot that we were dripping from sweat while unloading our things. My husband tried turning it down, I tried turning it down, and we gave it about 20 minutes before contacting Shoreline. They sent someone to fix it. When we came back after taking a walk in the breeze, it was completely off. We sat in the heat for a while trying to find a hotel room to rent instead and wonder if we’d be refunded when someone else showed up to fix it. He worked for a while and then said we couldn’t stay there that night and we should get our money back. He said it was only blowing hot air and wasn’t fixable that day. I contacted Shoreline and within 30 minutes they had us in a nicer place with a deck on the bay. The only downside to the new place was the distance from the pool.

Property Management Company was Unclear

The property itself was amazing. Very nice and clean. However the property management company left something to be desired. When going through a site like VRBO you expect certain things, the first simply being that sheets and towels are provided. That is why you book through a website like VRBO however the company refused to provide them and wanted to charge over 100 dollars for said towels and sheets. They were frankly very rude about it and pointed to a hidden line in the middle of the contract that said we "refused" sheets. This would not have been a big deal if they communicated sheets were not being provided from the beginning or simply asked us if we needed them as we could had just brought some. They also charge a credit card fee. Again, the whole point of going through VRBO is to not have to deal with stuff like this. They also said a key to the pool was to be provided and that was no where to be found. Very dissapointed that VRBO lets this happen. That being said the place itself is great, and if you know to bring sheets I am sure you will enjoy your stay.
