The place was beautiful and exceeded our expectations. We were all very comfortable.

The property was very quiet and relaxing. The pool areas were beautiful. We spent most of our time at the pool area across the street at the resort hotel. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for somewhere to stay near Disney or just to relax in the sun. Thanks to Lydia for offering this vacation home.

Wonderful vacation home!

We stayed here for 2 nights during the weekend. The home was more spacious than we expected. It had a cozy feel with all the amenities you could need. The host was great, and also was the third party company helping rent it out. Overall a great experience and would stay here again! Highly recommend!

Perfect getaway

Perfect place to stay with my daughter and her bestie. It was a perfect location for everything we wanted to do. Coco Beach wasn’t a far drive and lots of teen activities at the resort. Old Town was close too. Overall it was clean and we had everything we needed for our seven day stay. It was nice to have a washer and dryer available additionally.

Overall good

Place was nice but beds were very firm, I was fine with firm but the rest of my family was not. Kitchen was sparsely stocked. Not much toilet paper was supplied and with the place would have had games stocked to give us something to do while it rained. Host was very good about responding to messages and overall we were happy with the stay.

Close to everything

Plenty of room for the 9 of us. master bed was comfortable. Had a great stay after owner had air conditioner fixed. Things happen. Didnt realize when booking the pools with slides is at their shared property. But the little kiddie area and pool was fine. putting green area must be at shared property as well, we never seen them. FELT VERY SAFE. gated resort. owner was great to work with.

Instructions for checking in after hours is incorrect.

Property worked for us. needs replacement bulb in hall between bedrooms. Shower curtain rod in master bath needs repair. Tub drain needs repair.

Not well kept

While the place was nice on the surface, we continued to notice unclean area's through out. we contacted the property management and they did come that day but as we continued to find other areas that needed cleaning the property management didn't accommodate our repeated calls. Also, most all the electrical outlets don't hold a plug. They are old and need to be replaced.

You heard the saying you can't please everyone and I'm sorry you were disappointed. I do try my best to take care of issues and I will consult my managing company regarding the issues. The Villa was built in 2002 and now it's 2017 so it's15 years old and the outlets should be ok but I will have them checked. I read all my reviews and I'm open to constructive criticism and try my best to correct whatever I can. Lydia

I try my best to keep the Villas in great shape by updating when needed. Whenever a guest suggests something to me, if I can do it I will. One guest suggested a pizza pan to use in the oven. They bought the large Walmart pizza but I had no pan. This was a repeat guest. I put a pizza pan in all of my Villas. I let him know when he returns he'll find a pan. My managing company Magical Memories does a great job with their service for me. They make sure the Villa is clean and ready for each arriving guest.

Perfect for our large family!

We are a family of 6, and this was just perfect for us. So much room - bedrooms and bathrooms galore, wonderful kitchen and large table to eat at, large living room to hang out in, several large screen TV's. Beautiful, spacious, clean

Owner was very pleasant to work with. Great property, great location! It was close to Disney, about 15 min. Drive. Lots of nice touches to make us feel at home. There was even laundry soap left for us to use. Definitely would stay here again!

Quiet, Perfect Place to Stay

The area was perfect for a getaway from the parks. The townhouse was very clean and quiet with new appliances, etc. My sons thoroughly enjoyed the swimming pool area.

Clean, convenient and economical!

The property was exactly as shown and described! It was one of the cleanest places we have stayed. We had 5 people staying, and it was roomy. The owner was very accommodating and helpful, as were the rental management personnel. We had no complaints at all. It was a quick walk to the pools which are very nice. Easy access to Orlando (but a few traffic jams.) The only thing I would note is that it is a second story condo. My 80+ year old mom had no problem with the interior stairs, (with a railing) because she is fit, but she would have liked a lower seated hard chair to use while dressing. We will highly recommend this condo to others!

Made our Army Reunion Perfect!

Excellent facilities and the condos were clean and well stocked with everything we needed.. Would highly recommend staying here. We had 2 condos from different owners. Patsy and Lydia were easy to work with and communicated quickly. The pool and hot tub area was very nice and the gym was adequate for a quick workout. Everyone enjoyed the stay. We would definitely go back there.

I currently reside in Lancaster Pa and I'm living out my dream of running my own Gift Shop and Guest House right in the heart of the Amish. We have always taken trips to Disney World as our children grew up throughout the years and finally decided to buy several Villas close to Disney. To stay on Disney property is expensive so I feel my rates are reasonable for families with children without going broke. Less than a mile from the Villas we have a Super Walmart. I usually stop there first and pick up my groceries.

We have partnered with Calypso Cay that's right across the street from our Club House. Besides having our own adult pool, zero entry with water works child pool and hot tub you have these extra amenities: Free at Calypso Cay
Pools & Jacuzzi - Splash Pad - Castaway Cabana "Tiki" - Children's Playground - Crab Pool - Basket Ball & Volleyball - Miniature Golf Course 18 hole - Calypso Market - License to Chill Bar & Grill - Transportation to Disney - So come and enjoy all the amenities we have to offer.

We have personally found Runaway Beach Resort Club to be our home away from home. When we are not visiting Disney, we find ourselves relaxing on property. We have all the amenities of home from Wi-fi to washer and dryer at our access and fall into a no rush laid back state of mind.
