Magnifique Condo à quelques pas de la plage!

Ce magnifique condo de 2 chambres à coucher, 2 salles de bains au 3ème étage (dernier étage, sans ascenseur) est situé dans le quartier populaire de Windy Hill, à North Myrtle Beach. Ce condo situé au centre est à quelques minutes de Barefoot Landing, des boutiques, des restaurants raffinés et des divertissements. Cet endroit a tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour créer des souvenirs amusants qui dureront toute une vie!
Magnifiquement meublé et décoré avec des accents de plage charmants partout. Grand salon avec balcon privé offrant une vue sur la piscine et l'océan. Le salon est équipé de TV / câble, lecteur DVD et canapé-lit. Cuisine mise à jour avec des appareils en acier inoxydable; réfrigérateur, cuisinière lave-vaisselle et micro-ondes, des comptoirs en granit et une barre de petit déjeuner confortable. Idéalement situé laveuse et sécheuse condo donc il n'y a pas besoin d'aller à un tapis de lessive! La chambre principale comprend un lit queen-size, une télévision, une commode et un placard avec une salle de bains privative avec 3 pièces. La deuxième chambre a 2 lits simples, TV, une commode et un placard.
Ce condo a un parking, WiFi, câble et est équipé de la climatisation.

Very clean and the check in process was very smooth. I loved the storage space downstairs, it made it very easy to grab equipment on the way to the beach!

Maryanne was a great host. Check in was easy, always available and quick to answer questions. The property was as listed and very clean upon arrival. Property had plenty of room for our family and a great view of the pool and beach. Close to all stores, dining, putt-putt as well. Great location.

Perfect for a family getaway

Maryanne's place is perfect for a family of 4. Great location being on the beach. Clean and cozy. Kids loved it. The locker downstairs for beach essentials was a great help.

This is our 2nd year staying at this property and we love it. You will get your steps in going up and down the stairs but it’s worth it. It’s nice to have a home while on vacation! We had a great time!

Lovely 2 bedroom condo on the beach! Clean. Maryanne very responsive. Short walk over the boardwalk to the beach. Great bagel place right across the street!

Great Condo great location

The unit was very clean and great location supper close to beach and restaurants. The pool was great actually went to 8 ft deep which was nice. Owner is very helpful and responsive when needed. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Everything is better by the beach

Ocean view always makes the best stays! Being just steps away from saltwater and sand. The host was extremely accommodating and easy to get ahold of.

Great condo close to the beach

Our family enjoyed the condo. It was clean and we loved the short walk to the beach. That was very convenient with small children. We also enjoyed the pool and the view of the ocean from the balcony. The storage locker was really helpful and prevented us from having to take all the beach gear up and down the stairs.

Great condo

The condo is very nicely decorated and was cleaned very well when we arrived. Maryanne communicates very well and responds quickly. The beach locker under the complex is very helpful to store all of the beach stuff and not drag it up to the condo. There is no elevator and there are three air conditioning units that cool the condo. The neighbor hood is very quiet and family friendly. The walk to the beach is very short and easy from the condo building.

Great for couples/small family and perfect location

We stayed at this property during a holiday weekend with our baby. The location couldn’t be better with beach front, close proximity to food, shopping, and barefoot landing. The unit is on the 3rd floor with no elevator so was a bit tiring with all the baby items, but totally worth it. The ground level storage unit was a big help for keeping beach items. I have 4/5 for cleanliness essentially because beach front properties are almost impossible to keep out all of the sand/salt. Otherwise, the place was very well kept including clean towels, sheets, kitchen utensils, etc. Would certainly recommend!
