RĂ©cemment, 2007 rĂ©novĂ© avec tous les nouveaux ponts et revĂȘtements en vinyle. Magnifique!

Ce condominium est décoré avec un thÚme unique de la plage des Caraïbes. Il a été décoré professionnellement et possÚde de nombreux équipements merveilleux. Ceux-ci comprennent une immense cuisine avec tout ce dont vous pourriez avoir besoin, ainsi que plusieurs lecteurs DVD et VHS selon vos goûts. Wi-Fi disponible avec des raccords X-box disponibles sur les téléviseurs.

Le condo est Ă©quipĂ© d'une chambre principale et d'une salle de bain qui comprend un lit queen-size et vient d'acheter un nouveau matelas Ă  plateau-coussin 04/2018. La deuxiĂšme chambre est meublĂ©e avec deux lits simples et est trĂšs joliment dĂ©corĂ©e. Parfait pour les enfants! À cĂŽtĂ© de la chambre il y a une salle de bain complĂšte. Dans la taniĂšre il y a aussi un canapĂ©-lit queen! L'unitĂ© ne permet pas de fumer Ă  l'intĂ©rieur de la copropriĂ©tĂ©. Les animaux ne sont pas non plus autorisĂ©s. Les draps ne sont pas inclus mais sont disponibles moyennant un supplĂ©ment. UnitĂ© de stockage prĂšs de la plage, garnie de chaises de plage, de parasols, de planches de bodyboard et de jouets de sable.

SUPER ENDROIT!! Ocean Pier I est situé à Windy Hill, North Myrtle Beach. C'est un endroit parfait pour les familles. Il y a un dépanneur en bord de mer situé de l'autre cÎté de la rue, ainsi qu'un petit grill et une arcade. Il se trouve à plusieurs pùtés de maisons des célÚbres magasins Barefoot Landing, Colonial Mall et Tanger. La célÚbre House of Blues est également située à proximité. Excellent emplacement pour le golf.

Remarque pour les personnes handicapées: il n'y a PAS d'ascenseur à Ocean Pier I. L'emplacement de cette copropriété est au troisiÚme étage.

Side porch ocean view and overlooks the pool right on the beach the Master bedroom shower could use an update. It is super tiny. We took all showers in the spare bathroom which was a standard shower! There was plenty of items to take to the beach in the storage closet

The property is in a fantastic location with a lovely view from the balcony. Parking was very convenient, and the storage unit was a great bonus. The pool was a good size, well-maintained, and very clean. The owner was responsive, and the price for the location and amenities was reasonable. While there were many positives, there are several areas that could be enhanced to make the stay more comfortable for future guests. Laundry: The shared laundry room has only one older washer and dryer for the entire complex, both showing some rust. An in-unit washer and dryer or upgraded machines would greatly improve convenience.Beds: The mattresses could benefit from replacement or upgrade. The twin beds felt a bit like camp cots, and the queen mattress sagged in the middle, making it difficult to get comfortable. General Maintenance & Cleanliness: A deeper cleaning between guests would help, there were fingerprints on surfaces, dust on fans, and general buildup in areas. The front door could use adjustment to close more securely, and the refrigerator was missing some shelves.Kitchen Supplies: The kitchen had the basics, but some items could be refreshed or added, such as newer pots and pans, sharp knives, Tupperware, and additional spoons.Fans & Furniture: The ceiling fans in the bedrooms made a clicking noise at certain speeds, which limited their use. The couches were not as comfortable as they could be, with cushions that didn’t fit the frame.

Great family vacation spot.

Had a great time in this more quiet location on NMB. The price was affordable for a 2 bed 2 bath and the place was very nice. My wife thought the little dove toiletries were a nice touch. A little tip. Bring quarters for the washer and dryer. I had a hard time getting change from businesses around. Place is very close to great restaurants and attractions. There was plenty of room on the beach and the pool was never crowded.

Enjoyable get away

My partner and I stayed for our 10th anniversary this past weekend. Overall the condo was in good shape and as described on the listing. The only two things I would suggest would be to update the showers like they had the sinks and such and to give the baseboards and trim a good cleaning and painting. That would have brightened up the condo tremendously. Other than that, everything was satisfactory and the communication with the host was top notch. We would consider staying there again on our next trip.

My family and I had a fabulous stay at the property. Other than the walk up the stairs (we probably needed the exercise). We enjoyed the location which was close to everywhere. The condo was well stocked and clean. Will definitely try to stay there again.

Weekend at the Beach

The condo is decorated so cute-so beachy. It had everything that we needed and it was very clean and comfy. Communication with David (our host) was so easy too. Located in Windy Hill, the area was quiet, but close to plenty of restaurants and shopping. We rate this condo as "perfect". Making plans already for next year. You will not be disappointed. Greatest vacation ever

This was the most amazing vacation ever. The condo felt just like home. There was no noise other than waves crashing. No traffic messing up the beautiful natural sounds. Everthing was clean in the cabin. I was able to cook full meals for my family. The owners are so very kind and helpful. We will certainly book again.

Great place to stay in NMB!

David is an excellent host. The condo was nicely cleaned. The A/C unit works well and fast. The unit location is perfect and the pool is just amazing, bigger than I thought. The ground floor storage for beach stuff is a plus as well. I recommend this place!

Our family had a lovely time. David is very responsive and communicates check-in/out procedures ahead of time. The space is exactly as pictured/described. Family fun trip

Location was great! Great access to beach and very nice pool! Only downfall is the laundry is non existent; the laundry room has one washer which doesn’t work and also no elevator and this room is on the 3rd floor which is hard carrying all your stuff up. Other than those things everything was nice

Beautiful property and conviently located

This condo is exactly how its listed. Its beautiful inside and out. Just a few steps from the beach and there are several shops and restaurants in walking distance. The property owner made sure that we had no issues checking in and out and was available if any issues arose!
