Unité de la belle-mère à distance de marche de la vieille ville

C'est un appartement indépendant de notre maison d'artisan datant de 1910. Il y a un immense jardin partagé, mais il reste très privé. Il y a une entrée séparée de l'appartement. L'appartement a des fenêtres enveloppantes et vous êtes en mesure de contrôler le coin et regarder les gens. Je vous recommande de vous garer sur C Street car le 14ème est assez occupé. Nous sommes à quelques pas de la vieille ville et du centre Henderson. Il y a aussi un bon restaurant à quelques rues de là. Nous avons également notre propre bar de plongée accessible à pied.

Lovely Place!

This is a wonderful place to stay. The apartment is immaculate, and attractively decorated. The hosts have anticipated any needs that guest might have, but are also readily accessible. I loved the beautiful plants throughout the apartment, and the thriving yard and garden outside! The location is great, too.

This above garage apt was perfect. The small space was well equipted with all the essentials and so much better than a hotel. Full kitchen was so nice. We had a great time and will book this stay again. Thanks to the wonderful hosts.

Always a favorite place. The cleanliness and comfort are perfection. I do want to take House Plants 101 from the owners. :) If I ever go into the Secret-Witness Program, I'm asking the feds to book me this location for a straight year.

Sweet little studio, perfect for our visit!

The studio was neat and clean, the bed, linens, pillows and towels were in good condition and comfortable. All the beautiful plants really made the place special. The location was walking distance to one of the venues we were going to and a walkable distance to downtown. Tony and Shin were great to deal with and were able to help us cancel one of our days through VRBO when we couldn’t figure it out. We will be back!

Great place, will return!

We enjoyed our stay so much, everything was perfect! The rental unit was above a garage and therefore felt very private and separate. Parking was on-street and entry is through a side gate to the backyard. The space is utilized perfectly, allowing a nice separation between the kitchen, living room, bedroom, and bathroom. Everything we needed was onhand. The owners were super easy to work with and the property is conveniently located so we were close to everything we wanted to do. We'd love to come back to escape our summer heat and enjoy the cool weather again!

Cute and Comfortable

Arrived to this little studio after an 8 hour drive. Easy to find, easy to get in. Privacy gate before the entrance was nice and made us feel more comfortable. The whole studio has beautiful plant life and art to enjoy and a bunch of natural light to wake up to. Property manager is wonderful and made us feel welcomed to the house and garden. We were greeted daily by their dogs who would "knock" on the door for treats and pets. Would highly recommend!

Great unit

Loved this unit. It’s perfect for one or two people. I stayed alone one night and my 2 yr old granddaughter stayed with me the following. Everything I needed; great kitchen with table for two, full size fridge, coffee, necessary items like paper towels and garbage bags (some places don’t have these extras readily available). Very comfortable. Lovely windows throughout the unit with nice shades that allow partial light from the upper or lower window area. I also have houseplant envy, beautiful! Humboldt is a place houseplants thrive and smile 😊

My husband and I occupy the front main house. I'm a transplant from Los Angeles (actual City of LA) and have been in Humboldt since 2007. I'm a self-employed psychotherapist.

My husband, Tony, is also a transplant from outside of Sacramento via China. He's been in Humboldt since maybe 2009 or 2010. He too is self-employed but in the building industry. You will see him zooming around the property at times.

We are often in our backyard gardening or in our front yard maintaining it on the weekends. Feel free to wave at us with big gestures because we always have our earbuds or headphones on.

We are through and through Eurekans at this point. We love our neighborhood and love old homes. We appreciate our little space in the middle of town even though we are more used to rural life in SoHum and east county where we still own property.

Oddly, I (Shin) first moved to this neighborhood when I moved to Humboldt. So full circle, I bought a home in the same neighborhood. I guess I couldn't help it.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

You will get to enjoy our quaint neighborhood with a lot of well maintained Victorians and Craftsmans. Some will say this neighborhood is a bit shady, but I don't think so. I have watched this neighborhood get cleaned up and we are all quite neighborly. Tony is also the unofficial neighborhood president even though I'm the only person that knows it.
