Située à quelques pas de toutes les joies de l'avenue Laneda et à quelques minutes à pied de la plage, cette maison immaculée est conçue pour le plaisir des vacances!

Complètement mis à jour, avec des planchers de bois franc et des couleurs froides, le salon dispose de canapés sectionnels moelleux, de grandes fenêtres laissant entrer beaucoup de lumière du Pacifique, d’un foyer au bois et d’un grand téléviseur fixé au mur. La salle à manger profilée jouxte la jolie cuisine entièrement équipée avec beaucoup de comptoirs, permettant de préparer les repas et de servir rapidement. Vous pouvez également manger en plein air sur la terrasse ensoleillée avec son barbecue à gaz. Les adultes voudront les chambres reine du rez-de-chaussée, mais la couchette du rez-de-chaussée est un territoire réservé aux enfants: avec des lits superposés, des fauteuils poires et leur propre téléviseur, les plus jeunes auront le choix. Ils aimeront aussi la grande cour clôturée et se réunir avec la famille pour des guimauves au foyer!

Vous pouvez vous débrouiller en ville, à proximité d’un parc, des boutiques et des restaurants de Laneda Avenue et à quelques minutes de la plage de Manzanita. C’est l’endroit idéal pour un rajeunissement facile sur la côte nord!

Everything you need in Manzanita!

This house was the perfect location for our family stay in Manzanita. It had everything that we needed as a family of 7 to stay for an extended weekend. You can see the ocean from the back patio and multiple windows in the house. The breeze coming off of the ocean was heavenly. We would definitely stay here again!

Great location and lots of room for the 4 of us. The cleanliness was so-so, especially in the bathrooms. They were extremely chintzy on towels and soap/shampoo. I'm usually prepared with my own supply but wow, only 1 towel per person?? Definitely made the stay very transactional.

Lovely home near everything

This was a very clean home in a great location. We were a group of two families (4 adults, 3 kids) and it was perfect for a short getaway. A short walk to beach, restaurants, and stores. I couldn’t ask for anything more.

Great location and space for making happy memories

My family loved this house. Close proximity to our favorite market and all the fun shops. The home was cozy but plenty of space for all of us to come together for cooking, eating, chilling by the gas fireplace and hot tubbing. We hiked every day and walked on the beach. The beds were comfy.

Lovely split level home was perfect for our mini spring break vacay. Well stocked home. With good set up for traveling with teens. They took over the downstairs and we stayed upstairs. Easy walk to town and the beach.

Perfect location

Family had a great 3 night stay. The house was in a great location. Walk to everything in Manzanita. The back patio and hot tub was wonderful. The only small recommendations is more lighting in the downstairs bathroom, the upstairs tub is very slippery and the need for a few good non-stick cooking pans. The rooms were a great size and beds were comfortable. So happy we picked this house for our first visit to the Oregon coast!

Perfect location

This place is in the pretty much perfect location and the yard is awesome. We really enjoyed our stay and Love Manzanita. Our bed was nice and comfy but the others were a bit uncomfortable. There are a few things that could use updating (more silverware, glassware, screens on the bedroom windows and shades for both windows in living room, assuming one window shade was broken.) Overall the house was fine but definitely got hot in the afternoons when the sun was shining.

Very dirty but good location

Pros: great location Cons: Was super dirty when we arrived (a used band aid on the carpet, sand upstairs) Spiders were everywhere downstairs in the kids room, which freaked them out It smells very moldy and the washing machine is full of mold - super gross The hot tub, one of the main reasons we selected this property, was not working when we arrived. It took multiple contacts over multiple days from my end before they finally sent someone to check it out. I'd give it a pass.

Zero Communication, Bug infestation, Poor Management and just gross!

It’s extremely disappointing to have to write this review - this rental is misleading. It is in need in serious attention. Upon check in , the trash at the front door seems to be sitting there for a month stinking the driveway and front door everytime, which also meant you could not open any of the windows facing the front of the house. The downstairs “kid oasis” has no shortage of spiders, roaches and other insects within the bedroom and bathroom. This is the “so called kids retreat”. The hot tub had no chlorine tablets and was set at 110 degrees, well over the max. It was unusable the entire time. The worst and MOST disappointing part - all of the above issues were shared with the management company during our stay. Zero communication to date. We never received any communication regarding any of the issues over multiple messages. For the price you pay; the bugs all over the place and zero support from the management company, I would consider looking at other alternatives before booking.

The best thing about this house is the location. It is one block from the main street in Manzanita which offers a grocery store, restaurants, wine bar, pubs, fun shopping and it is a quick and pleasant walk to the beach.The house itself fit the 6 of us perfectly.
