Une rĂ©sidence exceptionnellement confortable, avec une vue imprenable sur l'ocĂ©an depuis toutes les chambres, les vĂ©randas couvertes (patios) et les grandes terrasses aĂ©rĂ©es crĂ©ent l'environnement parfait pour se prĂ©lasser, se dĂ©tendre ou se rĂ©unir entre amis ou en famille dans un cadre idĂ©al.

This was our second visit to this beautiful vacation home and we loved it just as much as our first! The home is clean and so well cared for - the kitchen has all the amenities we needed to cook multiple family meals. We enjoyed the incredible views over coffee each morning
 and the Kona Paradise hill makes for a great workout if you’re up to it!! Gregg is an excellent host, we can’t wait to return again soon

Had an amazing stay at the beach house! The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could ever need. The house was very clean and we felt right at home as soon as we walked in. The best part was the gorgeous view of the ocean and the amazing sunsets. Our stay exceeded our expectations, wish we could have stayed longer.

We could not be more pleased or impressed with our stay. The host was kind, responsive, and helpful, and the home and property were absolutely stunning. Beautiful craftsmanship, all the amenities, well-stocked, and ideal location for fabulous snorkeling, morning hikes, and incredible sunsets...and the outdoor showers are a must! This was an absolutely wonderful day! The house was immaculate, and everything was perfect. Views of the ocean at the end of the street and across from pebble Beach! Easily the best option to stay anywhere near the Captain Cook area. We loved being immersed in nature away from the crowds. The host was wonderful and very communicative. One of our best stays yet!

This home was even nicer than it appeared in the listing photos. The decks are enormous and provide an ocean view as well as a hillside view. This house is the last house on the road so the view across the hillside is unobstructed. The neighborhood beach is across the street and we never saw more than 3 or 4 people on it. The water was calm during our stay so we snorkeled and found some great coral, turtles and fish. It was wonderful.The kitchen is the best stocked of any VRBO we’ve stayed in and the house is immaculate. This house is managed by the owner and he is very easy to contact and work with. I intend to stay here again on my next trip.

I absolutely loved this location for our stay on the big island. Checking in was smooth and Gregg gave me a call personally to make sure everything was good. The house is right by Pebble Beach which is very convenient for activities like swimming and snorkeling. There’s snorkeling equipment available at the house which was great. The kitchen was nicely equipped with everything we needed to cook meals during our stay. The drive to Volcanoes National Park is about 90 minutes. I loved the views from the house and having a very large deck complimented that nicely. I was able to do some astrophotography when the sky cleared up since most of the big island has skies rated Bortle 1. If you want to see the milky way, andromeda, constellations, or any deep space nebulas definitely think about staying here. I loved this experience and want to come back again in the future!

Amazing stay

We had a wonderful time exploring the coast with this as our home base! Home was beautiful inside and out with many thoughtful touches throughout. View was incredible and great snorkeling right in pebble beach. Excellent communication! Definitely recommend staying here!

Birthday week in Kona

This house was perfect in every way! Private and secluded with comfortable beds, AC in rooms, outdoor showers, views for days (perfect for sunset) and the kitchen had everything we needed and seconds away from Pebble Beach. Just Perfect!

We loved our stay and the location of this beach home. Friendly owner has built a beautiful place to spend your time in Hawaii. Very Clean, modern and well equipped kitchen including spices and other incidentals needed for cooking. The lanai is the most ideal spot to relax and enjoy the view. One of our favorites of the many places we have ever stayed. We will be back!!!

Peaceful getaway
