Perfect Week

Lovely cottage just a short walk to the beach. Perfect week get-away for us and our 3 boys. Enjoyed every minute.

We loved 50 Jenness Ave--a great location, quiet friendly neighborhood only a 2 block walk to the ocean. The house was spacious with a large screened in porch where we spent most of our time. Also, all the amenities--well equipped kitchen, games and puzzles, and a picnic table and grill outside. Definitely want to return!!

Great location and neighborhood.

Our vacation was great. The spot and neighborhood was perfect with kids. There were only two downsides to our vacations: The first was the listing, for some reason, the location indicated that the house was on the beach, litteraly 30 seconds walk from the sand. It was not the case in reality. It was a 5 minutes walk from the beach. Really not bad. the reason we chose the house was the closeness to the beach. Oh well. Turned out that the real location was better because it was more quiet. The second was that we had to bring our linens, bath and beahc towels, dish towels, etc. It was listed right so it was not a surprise. But, the absence of a washer dryer made it more difficult to manage the childrens spills and so. It would have been nice to, at least, have dish towels and bed blankets. In general, we are very happy of our vacation.

Jenness Beach

Great comfortable cottage, and close walk to beach. Quite neighborhood and you can hear the ocean waves at night. Owners are great and available if something is needed. We plan to stay again.

Beach days!

Quiet neighborhood, just steps to the beach! Love spending time on the porch when not at beach. Owners welcomed use with a vase of flowers on table. Look forward to coming back next year!

Great little place

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this cottage. Just a couple of minutes from the beach with all the privacy we could ever want. The owners were very responsive and helpful. Can definitely recommend.

Amazing stay!

My family and I loved this property! The house was extremely clean. It has fantastic deck and screened in porch. It is a very close walk to the beach. Over all we had a great time!

lovely off season rental

This is a great place to stay near the beach. It is a short walk to see the sunrise out of the Atlantic. The cottage is cute, clean, and in a great location. Off season, it is very warm. The owners have been great. I recommend this rental and will come back again myself.
