Bienvenue dans la nouvelle location de vacances de Plum Island, idéalement située en face du phare de Plum Island. Ce chalet haut de gamme, avec 3 chambres à coucher et 1 salle de bain, a été récemment rénové. Il se situe à quelques pas de la plage, de la promenade, du bassin, de la rivière Merrimack et du terrain de jeux pour enfants! En outre, vous n'êtes qu'à 6 km du centre-ville de Newburyport, où vous pourrez profiter de toutes les principales attractions, restaurants, boutiques et plus encore.

Profitez de la cuisine / salle familiale à aire ouverte avec son grand bar à petit-déjeuner, son canapé haut de gamme et sa télévision à écran plat. Cette maison offre de beaux levers et couchers de soleil avec une vue magnifique sur l'océan, le bassin et la rivière.

Great spot

An amazing spot where you can walk to the beach or drive a few minutes to Newburyport shopping. It was perfect for our small children, highly recommend it.

Perfect for us

We stayed in late December 2024 with our grandchildren- despite rainy weather, we enjoyed the proximity to the park, lighthouse and beach. The accommodations were great for the four of us and very comfortable.

It was a great place to stay to celebrate my best friend getting married. The location was perfect, the host was easy to communicate with and the place was clean and super cute! Definitely would stay again with my family for a future vacation.

Amazing location

We loved bing so close to the water! The kitchen had everything we needed and the beds were comfortable. Nice to have 1.5 bathrooms for the 3 bedrooms.

Amazing for families with kids!

Just had a great stay at this property with our three young kids. The location couldn’t have been more perfect - steps from the beach and a playground! The property was absolutely adorable and had everything we needed. Will definitely be back!

Lovely Beach Stay!

The property was nice and very comfortable, the location was fantastic and the hosts were extremely accommodating and communicative. The owners who live upstairs were very nice - waving down from their balcony to let us know to tell them if we need anything. We had a great stay and wanted for nothing. Would stay again! The proximity to the beach and nature preserve is perfect.

Location was the best!

The place was adorable. Great little park just outside the back door, so close, as was the beach. The vacation was so enjoyable for all three generations. Grill and picnic table were especially nice. It fit everyone's needs, from young to old. Loved it.

excellent beach vacation!

Went back for the second year in a row. Love the cute, beachy apartment. Property manager and owners very nice and accommodating. Proximity to the beach is perfect, and nice to have a small private beach to enjoy. Plenty to do in the area, even while socially distancing! Hope to go back again next year!

Just right

We liked the configuration of 3 bedrooms and having 1.5 bathrooms, perfect for us as grandparents with two grandchildren. We loved being able to walk right down to the beach at any time. Low tide was especially interesting. Short drive to other beach and Parker Reserve was wonderful.

Lovely home

The house is perfect. Very clean, stocked with everything you will need, and plenty of space for your own belongings. It is in a great location - just steps away from the beach. Also a short walk to other beach access points, which are also great to check out. Sean is a wondering host - very responsive to any needs or questions.

It was just ok for the money, overpriced for sure. Not a beach area its a river area. Front door did not lock from the inside and code on the door didnt work. Had to get the keys out of a lock box in the dark. Living room only had a 2 person love seat and a chair , no sofa . We had 4 adults so it wasnt very comfortable. Pictures look better than it actually was.

Great place to stay - clean, relaxing, nice location

PRO's : * communication from property mgmt. - perfect instructions on parking, accessing door lock, etc. emailed a few times during our stay to make sure everything was good and if we had any questions. * the house was very clean & organized * access to the beach right out the back door and instant access to the road on/off the island * neighbors and all near properties were nice and also very quiet - barely any noise aside from the occasional car passing by * comfortable furniture/beds, plenty of room in kitchen and large refrigerator CONS : none We looked at some options for staying in this area and this was the best value we found. Would definitely recommend staying here!

The house at plum island is very clean and so cute. Very well maintained. We had some issues with the door code not working and right after I sent an email my phone rang and management was calling to help us with our issue. Very responsive and easy to get a hold of if an issue which really impressed me. We are already planning on booking for next year :)

Great location

We enjoyed a long weekend at the end of September. There were 3 of us having a girls weekend. There was plenty of space, very clean, comfortable mattresses, everything you need in the kitchen. The unit has been fully updated. The area is quiet and we rode bikes all over. We’d get an Uber to town to go out for dinner and shop. We had a chilly weekend, but we still walked over to the beach anyway. We had a really nice time.
