Wailea Ekahi Village Relaxing Ocean and Mountain Views

Bienvenue Ă  Wailea Ekahi 50, notre condo de luxe pour deux.


Nous sommes au 2Úme (dernier) étage avec une vue magnifique sur l'océan et le jardin et de merveilleuses brises tropicales. De plus, il y a des ventilateurs de plafond dans toute l'unité.

Le grand salon-salle à manger est joliment meublé dans le style Tommy Bahama et jouxte la véranda double longueur avec accÚs à la fois du salon et de la suite principale. Le salon et la suite principale disposent d'une télévision à écran plat et le salon dispose également d'un lecteur DVD.

Notre véranda a le meilleur des deux mondes: une vue sur le jardin privé et une bonne vue à la fois sur les montagnes de West Maui et sur l'océan Pacifique. La véranda est l'endroit idéal pour manger en plein air à toutes les heures de la journée, et est également idéal pour se détendre sur les 2 chaises longues. Il y a un nouveau barbecue au propane pour votre plaisir.

La grande suite parentale a un lit king-beaucoup d'espace commode et un bureau. Il y a un dressing attenant et une salle de bain avec une douche en verre. Le bain d'invité a également un grand secteur s'habillant et une baignoire-douche de combinaison avec les portes coulissantes en verre de pluie.

La cuisine rénovée est entiÚrement équipée et a tous vos besoins de cuisine.

Non seulement le 50E offre un accÚs facile à la plage de Keawakapu et à la promenade en bord de mer de Wailea, mais vous pouvez également vous rendre à pied aux boutiques de Wailea en 10 minutes faciles (800 mÚtres). Les boutiques de Wailea ont tout, des repas décontractés aux steaks haut de gamme et aux restaurants tropicaux. De plus, The Shops propose des dépanneurs.

The owner of this unit responded quickly to any questions or E-Mails we had. The unit was well located within the project and had a partial view of the ocean. The unit was also quiet with no street noise. The unit was very clean on arrival. On the really hot days the bedroom was a little warm for sleeping so air conditioning would have helped. Overall the unit was very functional and well furnished but will require some modest changes in the future ,for example--new appliances and bathroom changes.

Disappointed

We have stayed in Ekahi Village several times but this was our first time in this unit. We had expected a similar level of service and accommodations as we experienced previously as the cost was comparable but we were disappointed. The positives of this unit are a large lanai, an excellent view, and some interior updating but the negatives outweigh the positives. During our stay we experienced hot weather but no trade winds. The unit is close to the main road and does not have air conditioning so we had a choice of road noise or heat during the night. Based on prior stays we expected to be supplied with Tommy Bahama beach chairs and umbrella however we had to purchase these for ourselves. The master king bed was old and so hard we also had to purchase a topper. The owner made no offer to compensate us for these purchases even though we donated them to the condo. We also had to purchase damage insurance from VRBO (small but seems like a rip-off by VRBO) even though we gave a damage deposit. We also had to pay a cleaning fee in advance and the unit interior was clean however I don’t think the bar-b-q had ever been cleaned.

An Amazing Property and Host

We stayed here for a friend’s wedding. The unit has everything you need, including a full kitchen, washer and dryer and beach amenities. Any issue we had was quickly resolved and communication with the host was quick and easy. The ocean view and the view is the grounds from the balcony is stunning. We cannot wait to return and we highly recommend this unit.

Beautiful condo

Beautiful condo with lots of room. Two full baths, each with huge dressing areas. Huge lanai. The only problem was there was no air conditioning. We went in early June, temps usually 85 and in the 70's at night. Since it's on the second level we were able to keep the sliding door open at night.

Clean, comfortable with great patio

My husband and I have stayed at Ekahi many times over the years. This unit is a little further up the hill but we appreciate the walk to and from the beach. The unit was clean and comfortable and we loved the views of the ocean and beautiful landscaping from the lanai. There is no A/C (as the owners have noted) but the breeze ran through the many screened doors and windows throughout which kept us comfortable. We stayed in March/April so it could be warmer during the summer months. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful location!

We loved the grounds, the landscaping is so tropical and absolutely clean. We enjoyed the smaller Quiet pool that was nearby. The main pool and the beach were a bit of a hike so we just drove down to that area. Occasionally it got a bit hot in the condo. Some type of air conditioner would be a good addition but overall it was amazing and I definitely want to stay there again when we go back to Maui.

Great condo a short walk from the beach

Had a great stay at this condo. It’s spacious and the lanai was lovely. Good supply of kitchen equipment and basics. Decor is dated but fine. It’s definitely a bit of a walk to the beach. The lawn outside is not easily accessed from the condo. We had a few small issues while there to which the hosts were not quickly responsive. Had they been big issues that could have been a problem. As mentioned in the listing, no air conditioning but the fans did the job during our visit. We would stay here again.

Wonderful stay at Ekahi

We found the condo clean and as advertised. It is located in the upper end of the property further away from the beach and larger pool, but both at an easily walkable distance, though uphill coming back from the beach. Beautiful landscaping and view from the lanai. The unit is close to one of the smaller quieter pools. We split our time between it and the Pavilion Pool. Main road is close but road noise didn’t bother us. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We would rent this unit again.

My wife and I will rent this condo again. Very convenient to beach and other amenities in Wailea and nearby Kihei. Very comfortable and we really enjoyed the spacious lanai with views of the ocean, mountains and green space. Great owners. This was our first try with VRBO and were very satisfied with ease of selecting property, payment and other arrangements were straight forward and easy to understand.

Paradise Found!

This was the perfect vacation rental for a week in paradise. As soon as you walk in the door, you feel like you are in a tropical paradise. The unit is tastefully decorated with Hawaiian decor and giant windows allowing you to take in the beautiful landscape. The unit also included a full kitchen, which allowed us to cook our own meals, all eaten out on the balcony enjoying the views. We were very close to the beach and also very close to the shopping center and other hotels in the area (all walk-able). The next time I visit Maui, I will definitely book this unit, and I would recommend it to anyone I know traveling to Maui as well!
