De la nouvelle piscine de la marque, à la vue panoramique sur le lac et vue sur l'océan, vous ne voudrez plus jamais quitter!

La première salle de divertissement de-chaussée dispose d'un "écran plat HDTV 50 pour le jeu ou le film à regarder avec des portes françaises menant à l'immense espace piscine! Vous trouverez aussi un Roi Master Suite avec vue sur le lac immaculé, énorme bain principale privée avec douche de plain-pied complète cette suite !!

La Suite Chambre Queen avec salle de bain privée est situé sur le 2ème niveau avec vue sur l'océan !! Juste en bas de la salle vous trouverez un autre Roi Master Suite avec vue imprenable panoramique sur le lac, belle salle de bain principale avec douche de plain-pied !!!

Le niveau 3 est le principal espace de vie de Serendipity. Granit magnifique, 42 "armoires, espace de cuisson de l'île avec vue sur l'océan illustrent la cuisine du chef. Les baies vitrées tout au long de la grande salle permet de lumière naturelle et de magnifiques couchers de soleil sur le lac comme un autre jour installe à Cinnamon Beach !! Ici vous trouverez également une "HDTV 50 pour se divertir. La salle à manger attend la prise de jours à partir du 3ème niveau. Ouvrez les portes-fenêtres et sentir les brises de l'océan et d'écouter de la mer que la famille se réunit.
Le 3e niveau est fini avec encore un autre roi Master Suite et Master bain avec douche à l'italienne et baignoire à remous! Les couchers de soleil tout au long de Serendipity sont imbattables !!!

Beautiful, Clean Property Near Beach

We had a wonderful stay. The best parts were the cleanliness, all the outdoor spaces, and the distance to the beach. I took off one star for the neighborhood only because it takes a bit to get out of the "vacation home area" and just find a simple store. Otherwise, it is a great location if you want to walk to the beach.

Last minute week in the sun

Without much notice, my wife and I needed to change vacation plans. We had a trip planned that didn't work out and had to be cancelled. We wanted to find somewhere that was sunny where we could sit by the pool and read books. We found this house online, and it was exactly what we wanted. We stayed one week and loved it. And the weather was great all week!

Nice house and location

The house was very nice and had bikes and pool and beach items. Pool could not be used until day 4 of trip. Oven door would not stay shut , so until the manager got a bar to stick on it it couldn’t be used. There was nowhere to put groceries and most of the closets were locked for the owner’s stuff. Comfortable though and nicely decorated.

The House is appr 20 year old and more or less in good shape. It has 4 sleeping rooms and is suitable for up to 8 persons. We have been 2 persons, so it felt a little bit oversized.Furniture: very niceArchitecture: very niceWLAN + Internet: working very wellEquipment: could be better (example: 2 coffee-spoons in the whole house for up 8 persons is not a lot...)Garden: situated (sun, wind) very goodSurrounding: very nice, 3min walk to the sea, very nice viewWhat could be better: Maintainance - nobody (no owner) lives in the house and this can be felt. Overall was just ok. It definitely is not worth the price we paid. It actually started off bad. So a couple of days before or trip we were told one of the showers are broken and will not be fixed before our stay so they said to make it right we can check in 4 hours early. Well ok that really doesn’t make a huge difference but we were like what ever. Well we get there the door to the elevator downstairs doesn’t work, again no deal breaker we have stairs. Then 2nd night there at like 3 am the smoke alarms started blaring so immediately we started looking for smoke or fire ( nothing) well the entire trip they go off randomly throughout the day and night very annoying! Just outside our pool all week we have construction vehicles loading and unloading ( very loud) when that wasn’t happening apparently it was the week they cut grass etc, very loud!! So not a very peaceful experience outside. Went to use the grill it was filthy! So we could not use that. The pool table that was listed like it was at the home is not it is apparently at the game room by the club house well its literally the only thing in there very disappointing to my son. Just not happy with the price we paid vs what we got. Its a good location and a nice place but that’s it just average we stay in the area every yr and by far this was the worst. Again especially for the price. We typically stay on the beach plus pool for a better price. Well live and learn i guess

Wonderful Stay!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My parents and brothers family loved our stay at Serendipity. The private pool in addition to the two public pools was fantastic. It was big enough for us to be in one spot, and spread out when we wanted. We will be back!
