Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: A long way from home but well worth it.Small things need attention. All remote both TV nadaircon need new batteries. Only 1 aircon remote was working. TV remote worked under duress.

Pleasant stay, but quality should be better for the price

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The place was over all quite clean, few complaints only for the price we paid I would think things would be a bit more maintained. All beds were like sleeping on bricks, pillows old and lumpy. I think the least the owner could do is put pillow top covers on the beds. The TV remote and clock need new batteries as both weren’t working. Leaves outside were piled up underneath the BBQ. Also there is no oven which I would have thought most apartments would have. The outside furniture chairs are falling apart they feel really unsteady to sit on like the legs are going to break. You then have to sweep the floors before you leave otherwise you get charged an extra cleaning fee which I think is a little cheeky. Needs some maintenance, but over all good location and comfortable stay.

We are a family of 4 and the villa is bigger than what we need but for a 10 night stay it means we all have our own space. I have already recommended Osprey to friends. Walking distance to shops, pool is great. Its a great place to come back to to wind down after a full day at the beach.

A pleasing stay

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Ovearall, the house was very well set up - the interior was well refurbished and clean. The only unexpected surprise was finding out that the "2nd toilet" was actually outside the whole house - on the attached structure where the car port was... it was a tad inconvenient using that toilet, so essentially all 5 of us had to make do with the 1 toilet in the house. The washing machine sounds like it's going to explode. We did 1 wash but the sound coming out of it was rather deafening - I would suggest someone checks it out? We didn't dare use it a 2nd time and we had to do our laundry in town.

The kids loved the spa, the bath and the pool in the complex on those lovely hot days! I highly recommend this place to anyone wanting a great accommodation while staying in Exmouth!
