Cottage chic et confortable (3 chambres, 2 salles de bains) avec chaque meuble et décor mis à jour par l'artiste / designer / hôte dans Dunedin charmant et artistique. Il est situé à 1 pâté de maisons du Pinellas Trail, à 2 pâtés de maisons du stade Blue Jays, à 3 mns du centre-ville de Dunedin (boutiques, festivals, restaurants), à 10 mns de Clearwater Beach et de Honeymoon Island: il est au cœur de tout! L'endroit idéal pour se détendre ou être fou.
Il y a un appartement complètement indépendant attaché au chalet qui peut être loué pendant votre séjour.
Bien que nous soyons heureux de partager notre espace avec vous et de vous encourager à vous faire comme chez vous, nous vous demandons seulement d'honorer quelques "règles de la maison" pendant votre séjour:

1) Veuillez être un invité soucieux de l'énergie. Soyez respectueux de notre maison, dont nous sommes très fiers et, au moment du départ, assurez-vous que l'espace nous est retourné dans le même état qu'à votre arrivée.

2) Les clients de la réservation sont les SEULES PERSONNES AUTORISÉES à rester dans la maison. SNEAKING PEOPLE IN IS THEFT et sera traité comme tel.
Veuillez respecter notre barème de tarifs afin que nous puissions maintenir le prix de base bas pour les 4 premiers clients. Les personnes supplémentaires, y compris les enfants, doivent payer 30 $ / nuit par personne n'importe où sur la propriété, que cette personne partage ou non un lit, dort sur le canapé ou au sol.
Pas de tente dans le jardin.

3) Aucune substance ou activité illégale autorisée.

4) Il est interdit de fumer à l'intérieur de la maison. Pas de bougies non plus.

We had a great stay at Patrick’s cottage! The house is clean and comfortable, plenty of space for our group of 5 adults to gather and also have quiet time. The kitchen is well stocked including a coffee station of drip and Nespresso machine. The location is very convenient to downtown Dunedin, the trail and beaches. Overall great experience and would stay again!

Very nice property. Really comfortable. Lots of amenities! I think HOST should have met us when we arrived but met him next day. Great place to stay if you are into baseball. Short walk to ball park. I would recommend staying here to others.

Lovely cottage

We had a wonderful experience staying here. Cottage is pretty and comfortable. Patrick has put a lot of attention to details, not only in the furnishings but also comforts of home such as freshly ground coffee and toiletries. We loved exploring Dunedin downtown and spending time on the picturesque Honeymoon beach which is 15 min drive away ( highly recommend it over Clearwater)..

Exactly what we wanted!

The house was just as shown in the pictures. In addition, the kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pans, baking pans, utensils and dish towels. There was coffee supplies, a selection tea bags. The bathrooms had towels and there were plenty of extras in a closet. The linens on the beds were very nice. The closets had hangers. There are books and games. The backyard is beautiful!! The three smart TVs were nice. We used our Roku on the downstairs TV. The house is one street from the Pinellas Bike Trail which is great for biking and walking. It is very close (walkable) to great restaurants, breweries and shopping in Dunedin which is a nice town. Parking in Dunedin is free!! I particularly enjoyed the private backyard which in nicely landscaped. We were able to keep our bicycles in the back. The house is very comfortable. There was plenty of room for us to gather and talk, play games, and eat. I was happy to have a washer and dryer. We stayed about 4 weeks.

Renter beware

First and foremost, we are locals, we needed a place to stay while having work done at our home. We have a large family so we rent homes frequently when we travel. We have a vacation home in Michigan that we also rent out, we understand the vacation rental game. The property is nice, not great, the pictures make it look much nicer than it is. The location is not good, it’s not close to downtown, definitely not a walk, in reality it is closer to a very bad neighborhood in Clearwater, so be careful not to walk the wrong direction. I would advise anyone who rents the home to take pictures of everything upon arrival so you are not charged for something that may or may not have been damaged by your family. It’s impossible to determine what’s demanded since a lot of the furnishings and fixtures have been abused by previous renters. So here are some tips if you rent the house. First bring some wasp spray, their is a huge wasp nest at the front door, a wasp stung one of our kids and my wife had to go get wasp spray the following morning to take care of the nest. Second, bring a WiFi hotspot, the WiFi is terrible, the ONLY (yes only 1) TV does not get any channels, not even local HD that you can get on any tv. I attempted to program it multiple times with no success. The WiFi is so slow that Netflix or any streaming service will not work, they just buffer. Third, bring some fans. The ac is set and locked at 77, it’s an old house with terrible insulation, it turns into a hot box. Forth, bring your own paper goods and trash bags, owner supplies small rations of each. Finally, be smart with the breakers. You have the choice of leaving the ac on in the master and blow drying your hair downstairs or shut it off and sweat in the master bath, neither is an acceptable option. If you are hoping to experience the heart and vibe of Dunedin this is not the place to stay.

This is a very surprising and disappointing retaliatory review considering that I was EXTREMELY generous and accommodating with you and all your requests. It is surprising because you never mentioned any of these issues when I checked with you and asked how everything was.You simply told me that everything was great! I would have definitely addressed them (the wasps or the wifi which works by the way). It seems that the master bedroom upstairs cannot always handle having all the lights turned on, the mini split system and a hair dryer on all at once. You can simply turn some lights off or the ac for just a few minutes while your drying your hair if that's the case but this a rarity anyway. The house is a 3mn drive from downtown (as stated in the listing), in a very safe area (so much that you forgot to lock the backdoor when you left) and there are plenty of trash bags... It is disappointing because I did you MANY favors and yet, you wrote this nasty, inaccurate review only because one of the numerous kids who were there (more than we had agreed upon) probably tore a hole in a cushion seat, hid it under a piece of furniture and I asked politely for $20 to replace it. Your review really demonstrates how the system can be flawed: if people sneak extra guests in without telling me or damage the property and I mention it to them, I get slammed with a nasty review! This one is especially hurtful considering how nice I was to this family! All my other reviews are, thankfully, honest and accurate.

Perfect Getaway

Best Spot near Clearwater!!!

From check-in to check-out, the homeowners were genuine and hospitable to me and my party of 10+. The place looks exactly like the pictures and was listed at a very reasonable price. You really can’t get a better deal in this area, the location is located in just the right spot where Clearwater beach isn’t too far. All in all, this cottage is a beautiful place for any beach getaway and I’d recommend it to any group who plans on staying in the area!

Perfect place to stay if you are hitting up Spring Training, just a short walk to the ball park. Patrick was an excellent host, helped out with a parking pass and advice about the town. Highly recommended

Cute cottage in Dunedin!

We just had a fabulous girls weekend in this cute cottage while enjoying Dunedin and Honeymoon Island. The owners were super personable and really cared about our stay. The house has lots of special touches and very homey. The walk to town was very pleasant (either on main drag or on the Pinellas Trail). I would recommend this property to others because it truly is a home away from home.

cute & cozy

we booked this home last minute after my in-laws real estate agent found us horrible place to stay. The owner was very accomidating to us and even let us check in early as we ended up in a hotel our first night. The home itself was very clean and beautifully decorated. We stayed over Thanksgiving and the home had all the kitchen and dining serve ware we needed. The backyard is set up very nice to enjoy a meal or glass of wine if the weather is nice. The house is about a 10 minute walk to downtown Dunedin and all the shops. We enjoyed walking there to dinner, and then walking our dinner off on the way home. The only downside is there is only one tv in the home, which is located in the master upstairs suite. A TV in the dining or living area would be nice for watching the news, or a movie in the evening. My husband was disappointed he missed all the college football games! Besides no TV access for the entire house, this is a lovely place to stay!

Great people saved our Beach trip! :-)

We were staying in a place that was represented as "close to the beach" when actually we were over an hour away! Being from Seattle... we just wanted a close/ casual beach getaway.... We found the sweet Dunedin Cottage and "it was close" to Clearwater Beach just like we originally wanted! The Owners were TERRIFIC! They saved us! They allowed us to arrive early to leave our bags so not to have anything stolen from our car...Who goes out of their way to do this? These nice owners! They continued to guide us to good restaurants - Note: Dunedin is an adorable town - Check it out! I felt like I was staying with friends - Thanks guys! We will be back :-)

Perfect Location and Perfect House!

We just spent the weekend at the cutest cottage ever! Owners have taken great care of this remodeled home. Great detail was spent not only on the furnishings but to the renter. Very homey and comfortable. Easy access to Clearwater, downtown Dunedin and Honeymoon Island. We’ve already booked another visit. Can’t wait to go back!

Perfect location, beautiful home!

My husband and I stayed in this beautiful cottage for four nights and love everything about it! We travelled from Toronto to watch two Blue Jays games and were thrilled that the baseball stadium was just blocks down the road. It was great to be able to walk to the games and to a wide variety of wonderful restaurants and shops. The location is also close (within 10-15 minutes) for day trips to Clearwater, Honeymoon Island and other world-class beaches.The cottage itself offered everything we needed. Great bedrooms, a fully stocked kitchen and a dining room that would be perfect for sharing meals (we ate out every night because there were so many delicious choices nearby!). We also LOVED the reading 'nook' in the upstairs bedroom and the tasteful decorating throughout. We are already planning our trip back for next year and will be bringing our friends with us to enjoy this home with us! Finally - Patrick was great to work with. Extremely prompt in his responses and made our visit work for us.

Great home!

Fantastic home! There is so much more space than it seems on the outside. We rented the home for a bachelorette party and had a fantastic time! The fact that the home is beautiful made everything so much more relaxing for us. The renters were easy to contact and very helpful. I would rent from them again anytime I am in the area.

Home away from home

We stayed here for a week and didn't want to leave! It is a beautiful, charming cottage and would definitely go back. It was not even a 5 minute walk to the Toronto Blue Jays ball park and a 3 minute walk to the Pinellas trail. We also enjoying walking 5 minutes to watch the sunset by the water's edge. We loved sitting out back in the mornings with our coffee and the evenings with a glass of wine. We loved every part of this cottage and would highly recommend staying here.
