We had a wonderful weekend! The house was clean, big, beautiful and very well equipped. The host Greg was super responsive. The pool is nice and the outside space is great. There are many hiking trails around and the town is super cute, many restaurants cafes and small shops. We are planning to return in the future!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Brodsky’s home. it is a lovely home in a great location. They have everything you need and the beds are super comfy. The pool was fabulous, we loved our stay!

This place was absolutely incredible! Perfect Woodstock location and just an adorable, artsy home. We enjoyed it so much. Greg was also amazing when we had a question- very responsive. Highly recommend this rental!! Pool was incredible!

This was a charming property with lovely diverse comfortable furnishings of different eras. There are lots of places to curl up and read and be a bit apart from others. The kitchen is everything you could want in the circumstances. The outdoor living room is comfortable and attractive. We unfortunately did not spend much time there as there were lots of ticks in the vicinity. Our dog had three and a person one within minutes of walking on the grounds. So beware. We did see a lot of deer in the early evenings. It's conveniently close to town. We attended a number of films at the Woodstock Film Festival which was fun. The beds were all comfortable with yummy linens. The bathrooms were spacious and the showers caressing. A great place to stay for a while.

We stayed during the weekend heatwave, with temperatures over 100F, and the house stayed comfortably cool thanks to the air conditioning. The pool was a perfect way to cool off and was definitely a highlight of our stay.Greg provided clear check-in instructions, and communication was prompt and helpful throughout. We had a great stay!

Such a beautiful home in a very beautiful area, located so close to the downtown area. Lots of amenities, with thoughtful touches like having certain kitchen supplies and board games already there. Spent a lot of time under the gazebo with the outdoor fireplace watching the wildlife. Within driving distance to most sites and trails. Plenty of dining options around. Don’t miss out on seeing a show at the local music venues, if you get the chance! Host was communicative throughout the process and our stay. Loved the mid-century artsy-vibe of the home. Would highly recommend!

My group of 6 absolutely loved our stay here. The house itself is beautiful, the location terrific and the host is very responsive. We took advantage of the heated pool and spent a lot of time on the covered porch. I would definitely recommend it to anyone…we didn’t want to leave!

Greg was the consummate host and we loved the house. Cozy house, well-appointed kitchen, large primary bedroom. New bathrooms. Great vibe in living area with the big fireplace. Loved the outdoor space with fireplace. Host was attentive and responsive to our questions. I'd definitely come back!

Great place to vacation

The house is beautifully furnished and appointed. The grounds are inviting, and the pool is terrific. Close to town and easy to access surrounding towns and venues.

Wooded property with covered deck, pool, gas grill and fireplace. Cozy and relaxing. Indoor decor, amenities and well-stocked kitchen were a pleasure. Only negative was some traffic noise at night. Greg was a reliable and generous host.
