This is a very nice house and we wouldn't hesitate to stay there again. The pictures are pretty accurate. You can tell this house was really nice, and is just showing a little wear and tear. Little things like a slider light switch missing it's cover, a hole in the wall, etc. Basically having a handyman come in and fix a lot of little things would spruce this house up again. Don't let this stop you from staying there, but it could use just a little TLC. Pool was great! Lots of room for all of our group. Also a good location and neighborhood.

This house in the Spring Valley area of Las Vegas was a great 6-day getaway. The house had ample space for the three of us and could easily accommodate a larger family. The kitchen was well equipped with dishes, utensils, and modern appliances, and the washer and dryer came in handy. The beds were comfortable and bathrooms large and updated. The standout feature of the house is the beautiful pool and backyard area. We spent each morning to mid-afternoon enjoying the pool and shaded patio. There was plenty of seating and inflatables, as well as a grill which we did not use. In the upper 90s temperatures we chose not to heat the pool. In the evenings we would take an approx. 15 minute Uber ride to the strip for dinners and shows, then return to the solitude of the house. The neighborhood around the house is quiet, and a lot of stores and restaurants are nearby. The check-in/out was a breeze and communication with the owner was great. If you are looking for a Las Vegas family getaway without the crowds, I highly recommend this property.

What a beautiful gem in the valley. Perfect spot that’s about 15 minutes from the airport, and 15 minutes from the strip. Pool feels GREAT with the temps are above 100, room for 10 to sleep, eat, laugh and enjoy their time together.

So Much Better than a Hotel Room

The house needs a few repairs and fresh paint but we were certainly comfortable. The pool is lovely.(Fan remote was missing in one of the bedrooms.)

Nice place to stay

Stayed here with my family for a few days. We enjoyed not being on the strip, but still close enough to check out a few attractions. The house is in a nice neighborhood that had convenient shopping and restaurants nearby. We enjoyed family time swimming and was glad we opted to have the pool heated.

Great stay

Hot tub and pool were great. Loved the tvs in the rooms. Plenty of space and nice new upgrades. Lacked a few kitchen needs like a baking sheet and measuring cups and spoons. Overall stay was great.
