Bienvenue à Phoenix West II 501!

Cette chambre 4, 4. 5 bains unité de Golfe-avant est d'environ 2500 sq. Ft avec un immense balcon ouvert avec accès de la salle de séjour ainsi que toutes les chambres.

La suite principale dispose d'un lit King et salle de bain privée avec baignoire jacuzzi, grande douche carrelée de plain-pied avec deux pommeaux de douche et une vanité double, TV écran plat et un lecteur DVD.

Les deuxième, troisième et quatrième chambres ont toutes un lit queen size, salle de bain privée et télévision à écran plat et tous ont une télévision à écran plat et lecteur DVD.

Le salon dispose d'une reine et plein canapé-lit.

L'accès à Internet sans fil est disponible ainsi que d'une cuisine entièrement équipée avec des appareils en acier inoxydable, grande île avec bar, bar avec machine à glaçons et une rondelle pleine grandeur et sèche-linge.

Phoenix West offre des vues du Golfe-avant spectaculaires et des équipements fabuleux. Sentez-vous libre pour se détendre dans les eaux miroitantes du golfe avant rivière tandis que les petits profiter de la glissade d'eau sinueux. Ce complexe propose également une piscine extérieure, une piscine pour enfants, des courts de tennis, une grande piscine intérieure chauffée avec bains à remous, coin grillade et de la promenade avec douche extérieure. Transpirer stress dans la salle d'exercice à pleine charge, avec un sauna.

Le Phoenix West II dispose d’un garage couvert et permettra aux clients d’acheter jusqu’à deux cartes de stationnement par unité à leur arrivée dans le hall.

Nice condo

Unit 501 was a nice as pictured. Loved the level so you could see the porpoises clearly that swam by almost every day. Was a great week and we will certainly consider it another year if we can make the trip again.

Great Property

Overall, we loved this condo. There were some AC and lighting issues we reported but they could not handle during our stay. Mostly the back Master bedroom. The kids loved the pools and all the amenities. Other than the hot bedroom, we loved our stay.

Great place to stay. Large living and kitchen nicely furnished. Will definitely book again. Only issues I had with listing is it doesn’t give information on the 3 guest bathrooms and the wrap around balcony is not accurate. But the balcony is very large and well furnished

We did not have hot water 3 out of the 5 nights. We called the rental company daily and they would just tell us the plumber pushed his appointment to the next day. Can you imagine being on the beach all day, sand, salt water, sunscreen, and not hot water to bathe at night!??

Birthday stay

The condo smelled dusty, I called to have them come clean the place or dust it or something and I don’t know if they ever came but it probably gets like that if it has not been rented, the front desk staff or the people that worked the lobby area were not friendly, they weren’t rude but they weren’t friendly either.

Spacious and clean.

Our multiple family vacation was very enjoyable because of the size and cleanliness of this condo. Of course we LOVED the amenities of Phoenix West ll. We did have trouble with the dryer but, after we reported it, it was repaired the following day. The 2 large chairs in the TV area do need to be replaced. However, it was very nice to be able for everyone to spread out and enjoy our time together. The large balcony area was fantastic for our grandkids and had lots of seating.
