Beautiful Beach-Front Apt!
Lido Key is a great location, about 3 minutes drive to St. Armondâs circle, 15 minutes to downtown Sarasota. Given the nearby beach, restaurants and cultural offerings, this lovely apartment is a real find!
This one and one-half bath 10th floor apartment has many terrific features: faces the Gulf with no other building blocking the view of the beach below or the water (spectacular sunsets!); balcony; spacious living room with large bedroom; hide-a-bed sofa in living room; separate kitchen with breakfast nook seating and plenty of pots and pans plus serving pieces and plates, glasses, etc.; adequate linens and kitchen towels; comfortable king-size bed; a Bose radio/CD player, Wi-Fi, TV with cable service and computer printer. The apartment is directly across the hall from a laundry room which is, like the entire condo, very well maintained. (The condo residents are friendly, too.)
One needed item is an additional table lamp for reading in the living room. And there is no land-line phone. Otherwise, negatives are hard to find.
