If you're looking for a quiet and peaceful place to stay, then book a few nights here. Marcus knows hospitality and tourism well, and he will ensure you feel welcome, comfortable and cared for during your stay at Balavil. It's an experience you shouldn't miss. I will certainly be staying here again.

Loved the accommodation, it was clean & well provisioned. Gourmet basket & goodies were awesome. The only thing I missed was an orange juice or similar!

Fantastic stay with impeccable attention to detail in great location

I can’t say enough about how great this holiday unit is - everything you need spotless presentation and in the heart of the langhorne creek wine region. The welcome basket and food in the fridge was incredible and featured some thoughtful inclusions and touches - would 100% stay here again in a heartbeat

This was a fantastic property. Perfect getaway for a couple. Well-maintained, clean and cosy. Provisions were generous and communication with owner very clear. Great place as a base to explore the Langhorne Creek wineries and associated attractions. Highly recommend.

We had a relaxing, peaceful stay at Balavil. Marcus is friendly, kind and helpful. The property is spacious, clean, very comfortable and very well stocked, including a generous, thoughtful goodie basket on arrival. All set in beautiful grounds, with lots of birdlife and nature. We had a lovely stay & really appreciated your welcoming, homely atmosphere. Thanks Marcus, Rey and family for sharing your sanctuary with us.

Great Place to Stay

This was a spacious cottage, perfect for a weekend stay. All amenities were exactly as described, plus some and the welcome basket of goodies was outstanding. The smell of the roses outside the front door, just enriched the experience - Definitely recommend it, and I will be back! Thanks

A perfect getsway

Comfortable and clean, with very good kitchen facilities. Lovely quiet garden environment. A perfect host. Great location for exploring the many wonderful south east attractions. Highly recommend.

I booked this stay for my grandparents, I visited them both night of their stay and they where both absolutely wrapped with the place. An amazing little spot for a getaway. Has absolutely everything you would want and need, very very clean!! Booking again very soon!
