Our host communication was excellent prior and during our stay! House was clean with everything you need for a stay away from home. She decorated our rental for Christmas so our children can enjoy opening gifts under a tree on Christmas morning! Many amenities are nearby the rental with easy access to all major highways.

Family Stay

The property was clean. The beds are very soft. The AC units are a bit loud but we just had them on during the day, and turned them on ECO during the nights. That solved the problem. The hosts are amazing, welcomed us with some fruits and water in the fridge. In the evenings, I’ve seen many fireflies in the garden, was beautiful.

Central location for touring Long Island

The house is just as pictured online. It's nice that there were three bedrooms and the beds were fine. The kitchen was well equipped and the house was very clean. The neighborhood is close to South Shore attractions and ferry's. The North Shore attractions and Gold Coast were about a half an hour + drive. Host was excellent at responding to inquiries. Note: Entire house is upstairs and there is only one bathroom.

Comfortable stay.

The property was generally clean. It looks like it was recently remodeled and there was an outlet without a cover and a cabinet handle that blocked the dishwasher from opening. But the beds were comfortable and we had adequate space for our family.

Family Reunion

Property was really nice. Only complaint was we found nails on the driveway (it appeared that some siding was being done on the house and some nails were left on the driveway). This could have been a real problem if we had gotten a flat tire on the rental car.

Pleasing Long Island Vacation Home

The property was just as it was pictured and very clean and comfortable. I did not realize it was just the upstairs of the house until I got there. So it's not for those who cannot climb stairs.The balcony is nice place to relax and drink coffee in the morning and listen to the birds sing. I went there with my two adult daughters and their kids and the bed situation worked out well. I was glad to be able to retire to my own room at the end of the day. There was fresh fruit and water bottles that I imagine the host provided and the cabinets were stocked with lots of goodies, maybe some other guests had left? She even supplied us with beach towels and chairs to use, so we would not have to pack all that. Very considerate. We also enjoyed access to the washer and dryer. There was no informational booklet as the host said it was being updated. She was very accommodating and answered all my pesky questions right away. I thought the price was a good value for what I wanted: easy access to NYC via LIRR, proximity to Bay Shore and Fire Island. For 6 people.

Family reunion

The inside of the house is spacious, updated and very clean. The location was easy for us to get to where we needed. The bonus was being close to the outlets, zip line park for the boys and main highways. The owner was incredibly quick with responding to questions we had. Perfect for our family of 4 (2 teenage boys).

Nice place

The host responded to my questions promptly. Place was easy to get into, clean, spacious, beds were comfortable, and they had a lot of items that we could use: shampoo, conditioner, floss, hair pins, towels, fruit, condiments, spices, etc. The location was very close to a grocery store and multiple shopping centers. I would recommend it. I would stay there again.

Perfect place for family

My family and i had great time staying in the Blue House. The house was very clean and easy access. Host had everything ready for us, allowed us to check in early and late check out. She was easy to communicate with and her response was prompt. We even want to extended our stay but unfortunately it was booked. I will definitely stay here again.

Refreshing

This property was wonderful. On a business trip with two others, at the end of the day, we were able to relax. Got to the property and found a friendly note welcoming us there. We found the place to be clean, comfortable and quiet. The property had everything we needed for our 7 day stay. Modern appliances in the kitchen, very comfortable beds, clean and bright bathroom. We also felt very safe. The neighborhood is very quiet and full of families. If you are planning on a Long Island trip, this is the pick of the litter.

Perfect house and host!

My family and I rented this property on pretty short notice due to an unexpected death in the family. Keneice was so kind and accommodating! We were welcomed by a beautiful bouquet, a card offering condolences and fresh fruit and croissants. She also allowed us to have our immediate family over for a small repass after the burial. As for the house itself, SO cute, cozy, spacious and clean! It certainly exceeded our expectations. I definitely plan to return when I visit Long Island again.

Post op care.

The property was as advertised. Nice quiet neighborhood was very convenient. The Condo was recently remodeled with new bathroom and kitchen. Kerneice and Cynthia delivered some basic food on our arrival, knowing we were traveling from Florida...very nice. All in all a perfect week. Thank you Kerneice and Cynthia,
