It will give you a resort like feel. It’s very private and secluded pool house. Their is a big koi pond on the property. Pool is heated and very close to all major restaurants, towns And beaches.
35-40 mins away from the hamptons.

It is a deattached pool house 2 floors. Bed room on bottom and sunroom with all glass on top.

Wonderful Couples Weekend

We loved our stay at this property! The pool and outdoor space are beautiful. We enjoyed our time hanging out above the pool house in the serene family room. We would recommend this spot to couples or small families.

Loved it. It was a girls weekend for a bridal shower. We knew going in that both bedrooms were in the pool house and away from the master house. It was perfect for what we wanted and needed for our weekend. Highly recommend it

Nice short vacation

we really enjoyed the stay .my kids were very excited about that nice big pool .the house is a little tight for a family house .it’s perfect for 2 though .I really enjoy cooking for my family but the house doesn’t have a kitchen and I think that’s really necessary when you go somewhere with your family especially when renting .we liked the neighborhood and the property manager or host she was very nice person and very helpful

Beautiful prooerty

Great spot. Bed had hair in it. That wasn’t great. Fridge is mini fridge. Property is beautiful but there are no TVs and the upstairs and downstairs are not connected inside. Just something to be aware of. Gist was super responsive and great to deal with.

Superb pool area and a great place to stay for a couple for a few days but no more.

This place has some real positives and overall we enjoyed our 7 days here exploring Long Island. The sun room is beautiful, and the pool area is great for relaxing after a swim. The pool house is, however, no more than a room with a bathroom, with a sunroom located above the bedroom. This property would be better described as a room adjacent to a family home. The area for the second bedroom is the sunroom, which has no blinds or window coverings and has a sofa which we used as the second bed, therefore we could not recommend using it as a bedroom at all. The sunroom is only connected to the rest of the pool house via an outside staircase meaning a trip outside in the middle of the night to use the toilet. Plus, the doors are alarmed and make a loud beep when opened thereby ensuring everyone is awakened in such a situation. Downstairs, the pool house has a fridge - with no freezer compartment - and a microwave. The fridge was stocked with some cold beverages which was a nice touch but, there is nowhere to prepare food, so you will be eating out a lot. Sunny - the host - was very accommodating. She offered the use of her BBQ for cooking and even offered another room in her house as a replacement for her sunroom 'bedroom', however this overlooked the family room and also had no bed so we made do. Be aware that this place only really works (and would work very well) for a couple. Also be aware that the family home looks out directly onto the pool area.
