Wonderful!

We had an awesome stay! The property was fantastic and laid back. Quiet location and the condo had everything we needed. A few minor details (tub faucet wouldn’t switch from shower, vaccuum wouldn’t work) but nothing that took away from our awesome experience. 100% would stay here again. Thanks for a fantastic place to call home during our family vacation!

Great condo for spring break/ baseball spring training

We rented this condo for the week of my son's baseball spring training. It was a lovely home to stay in. The screen in porch was my favorite part, as we sat out there often, relaxing. Wonderful accommodations, great property managers, awesome resort!!! I highly recommend this place and will definitely be looking to come back if we are at this resort again next year for training again!

First time

I was nervous arriving as this was our first family vacation, but everything was perfect! Check in was easy, the room was beautiful and very clean! Had everything we could of needed or wanted! Kids we’re excited there was beach toys, and floaties. And the balcony was a perfect spot for morning coffee! Would definitely stay here again and recommend it !!!! Cant wait to go back!

Wonderful gem!

Our 1st time using VRBO, and I was a little skeptical, but it was perfect. Everything we needed and then some! From the security at the gate, and the front desk check in and out, all cheerful. The lights were on for us when we got there, which was nice since it was dark out. Fully stocked kitchen with appliances, and all cookware, cooking utensils, and even nice wine glasses. . So nice to have a pantry to put our food. The furniture was sooo much better than what you usually get. King bed, nice screened patio. Washer and dryer, pool and beach toys, chairs etc. Plenty of sidewalks and paths for our morning and evening walks, along with a dock and a beach, multiple pools and hot tubs. Our only problem was the hot tub bleached out my swim suit, we told the front desk and they sent someone over to check the chemicals right away. Will definitely stay here again.

property owner runt the vacation

the property owner runt the vacation. It was my family and my wifes family and the entire wedding party. we were getting married and the place was horrible. the property manger was rude. the beds in the kids room was wore out and old. the king bed in bad shape and very old. all the beds were uncomfortable. the property owner was rude and unhelpful. we spent 2 days talking to customer service to get our money back. we found a place 60 miles away. we ended up 65 miles away from the rest of our wedding group because of this horrible owner. never using VRBO again.

Horrible guests. Texting us at all hours of the night that ALL beds were broken. We told them to leave and gave them a full refund. No beds were broken just wanted to stay for free !,,,,, We frequently stay in our condo and are proud owners . Our property managers do a great job in maintains our place. Worst guests we have had in many years of ownership !,,,

Second visit!

This was our second stay at this property - we love it. Ricardo is always quick to reply to messages and very helpful. Our holiday got cancelled twice over the Covid years and Ricardo was very understanding and helped us rearrange our dates too. We love the balcony - there's so much space compared with other properties we have stayed at - and we love the fact it's got a bug screen. The resort was relatively quiet, so pool areas not overly crowded which was nice. Conveniently located for amenities and the parks too - what more could you ask for! Thank you Ricardo for letting us stay once again at your lovely apartment :)

Perfect Stay

The property was exactly as listed. We stayed here for 1 week while my son was playing in a volleyball tournament. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook some quick dinners. The condo was clean. Neighborhood was quiet. We had one small issue during our stay, and it was handled immediately. I would stay here again.

Quiet, clean and relaxing !!

Condo was perfect, loved that the unit had a Keurig coffee machine. We’ve stayed at Bahama Bay about 7 times, it’s always clean and relaxing. Great location and close to Disney parks.

We enjoyed are stay for only 2 weeks but due to covid 19 & the urging of the Canadian government we had to leave 2 weeks earlier but hope we will be able to get a refund but other than that we did enjoy our place

Appliances in serious need of updating.

We stayed 2/2019. Stove knobs were sporadic if they would turn on and then no way to tell if it was on high or low, microwave took 3 minutes to get 1 cup water hot, clothes dryer took 2 cycles to dry clothes, master bedroom sheets had a huge hole. We bought ice cream and soon found out the freezer could not keep it solid even though it was on high. It was cold the 1st week and the thermostat was limited to 68 degrees....very chilly. The balcony was very enjoyable. There is great potential but it desperately needs updating. We made an attempt to contact the property manager, left a message and never received a call back. The resort was beautiful and well maintained.

Sorry to hear that you weren’t satisfied. A lot of your issues were related to not knowing how to properly set and use the appliances and A/C. Our property manager is not far if guests need help but but unfortunately you didn’t have the time the get through to them. The hole (tear) in the sheets was very small and unnoticed by housekeeping and again with a quick call they could have been replaced. Good luck with your future stays.

Peaceful and relaxing stay

We've stayed in Florida a few times and this apartment is definitely one we'd go back to. We had an amazing two weeks - the apartment was clean and well equipped. We loved the balcony - it was so much bigger than any we've had with previous apartments we've stayed in - a fabulous spot for breakfast! The resort is in a great location very handy for getting about Orlando - and is really well maintained with lovely landscaping too. The resort was very quiet while we were there - in fact we had no direct neighbours until the very end of our holiday! The pool closest to the apartment block was great - plenty of seating and sunbeds - well maintained and very clean. Ricardo is super-helpful with any questions and quick to respond too. Thank you Ricardo :)

Did Not want to leave!!!!

The condo was immaculate. I never had to call the property manager because we didn't run into any issues. Check in was easy. The unit is on the second floor and the grounds are maintained and feels very safe. My sons loved the pools and I loved that the television in the master bedroom had ALL the channels. From VH1 to lifetime LOL. I also like that the patio from the living room and the bedroom is screened in, we were able to sit comfortably and enjoy the time we were there without bugs. I was able to prepare meals if I wanted and I was able to wash a load of clothes before leaving. I would definitely recommend this property. Very clean, well stocked, private but safe and not too far from major retail outlets.

Unit was nicely appointed and conviently located.

The owner was very friendly and answered our questions completely and immediately. Being an end unit on the second floor we enjoyed the larger patio area that made outside meals much more comfortable. We would certainly rent the unit again. The whole experience was a pleasure.

Perfect balance of Disney and relaxation!

Condo was very clean and accomodating for our family! Only took us about 25 minutes to get to the Disney parks, 2 hours to Clearwater and plenty to do on the property between all the pools. Thank you so much for the great accomodations!

Condo was exactly what we were expecting. Perfect size for our family. Very clean and comfortable. Great location for us. About 20 mins to Disney, 30 to universal and 40 to Legoland. Loved the pools and splash areas also.

Comfortable vacation stay close to Disney

My family of 4 enjoyed our time here very much. It had an at home feel while on vacation. Only about 15-20 minutes from Disney parks as well as many restaurants and grocery stores close by. My kids enjoyed swimming in the pool and walking the paths throughout the resort. Absolutely would stay here again.
