Great Lakefront location

Loved the easy access to a boat dock.

We wanted a weekend place with a beautiful view and easy access for our boat so we could come and go off the lake. This property checked all our boxes. Would definitely book this again.

Great weekend on the lake

We stayed at this property for 3 nights over a long weekend. It was a gorgeous view right off the water. Easy walk down to the dock and great deck to grill on. We rented a pontoon and were able to keep it overnight at the dock. Would definitely go back!

Great Lake House

Our family had a great time at the Kentucky Lake House. Access to a private dock was a bonus and helped with the boat we rented (at Lynnhurst Family Resort). The house is well stocked and my family like how the drawers and cabinets were labeled in the kitchen making it easy to find everything. We really had a great time and would consider returning for a longer stay. Communication with Kristin was great--very quick to respond.

Beautiful secluded property

The pictures of the house don’t do it justice! The kitchen was well stocked with cookware and dinnerware. The dining room table seats 10. The deck seats 12+. The beds were comfortable, even the twin beds were comfortable for adults. The secluded location was really wonderful, and my husband and niece enjoyed the kayaks. The whole family had lots of fun for the week!

Amazing house. Best stocked kitchen as for as anything you would need to cook with. Wonderful view .

Had family vaca there. Perfect. The house was spotless inside, and we loved the deck. Plenty of sitting. Beds good. We travel with own pillows because we are picky. Everything went well checking in. Highly recommend for a wonderful vacation that is relaxing and fun. Rented pontoon boat from Lynnhurst family resort. They are amazing as well. Will go there again !!!

Kentucky Lake, home away from home

Overall our stay was pleasant and comfortable, we would stay there again. Had a couple unpleasant surprises and I let the owner know about and I’m sure it wouldn’t happen again. The home was stocked better than expected for the beginning of our stay, a very pleasant surprise.

Great week at the lake!

We had a wonderful time at this lake house! (We stayed at the other house 4 years ago, with a larger group.) Short walk down to the covered dock. We brought our boat and the dock was perfect. The kayaks were a great thing to have on site, kids enjoyed them. The house was clean, cute decor and fully stocked kitchen. The basement with extra couches and TV was very nice too. It was the perfect setup for our family. Thanks for sharing your lake house with us. Lots of memories made here!!

Great Boat Dock!

We had a group of 5 adults and 4 kids (9-11 years old), and this place worked great! The kids loved having the bunk room. I chose the house because we were bringing our boat and wanted a place with a dock. The posting said they replaced it a couple of years ago, and they did it right! The dock is extremely well built, with composite decking (no splinters), plenty of space for all of our gear and toys, and easy to get in and out of. Great experience!

Kentucky lake 2023

The pictures on the listing does not do this property justice! The view from the deck was amazing and the inside of the house was much more updated then i thought it was going to be. We had very minimal issues and the couple we did have were not even worth mentioning. Kristen was very quick to respond to any and all messages. I would 100% stay at this property again without hesitation!!!!

Wonderful Home!

Our family had an amazing time during our stay. The home is well appointed with everything you need and very clean. The home is spacious. The kids took over the downstairs, which was more than enough space. The new boat dock is perfect. Kids were swimming for hours each day. The outdoor space is nice and relaxing. Just what we needed! Communication with the property manager was outstanding. Questions answered within minutes, and we were even allowed to check in early. This is the perfect place for a vacation!

Seclusion

If you are looking for a place that is pretty secluded, this is it. The view was beautiful to see the sun rise on the lake. There's only a couple of houses close by, so you may hear people if they are occupied but not a whole shore of them.
