Cozy little hideaway

The cottage was spotlessly clean, comfortable, with a fully stocked kitchen, private bath and TV. We enjoyed our stay there.

This little cottage was so cute! It was perfect for us for the 6 days we stayed here! Great location, quiet neighborhood, checkin/checkout was super easy! We can’t wait to visit here again!

Lovely bungalow

Property was just as advertised, a clean and comfy bungalow with great amenities, close to hiking and good restaurants and breweries. Check in and check out process was super easy, we had everything we needed at the property. We will definitely be coming back!

Super Clean and Great Location

I was attending a conference held locally and this was a perfect location to utilize as a home base. Everything was in great shape and the unit was very clean and felt homely. Already booked ahead for next year’s conference!

I’d Stay Again in a Heartbeat

Easy friendly communications, detailed information about the VRBO and specific, easy access to the property. Everything was pristine, fully organized for one’s needs as well as quiet. The entire stay was comfortable, delightful and I will book this beautiful place as often as I visit Colorado Springs!

Sweet Cottage

We enjoyed the well-equipped cottage for two. Its quiet location - tucked back from the Blvd- made for a peaceful stay. The heating/AC system was straight forward to follow (unlike other places!) and efficient, as was the shower. We will rent this sweet cottage again.

It was very nice the only thing I didn’t like about the place was the bed was too small and not comfortable.

Nursing school clinicals

This little house was perfect for me. It was super clean and comfortable. The neighborhood felt safe and it was close to the facility I was attending. I would definitely stay at this house again.

Benny's Cottage is amazing

I was looking for somewhere safe for me to stay by myself. This little cottage was perfect, and it was close to everything I wanted to do. When I called them at 8:30 am on checkout day and asked for 30 extra minutes for checkout, they were very willing to grant me the extra time.

Clean and comfy

This was the perfect place for two people. Plenty of kitchenware and every streaming service on the TV. The check in process was seamless. The neighborhood is overall good and right next to downtown. The bed was so comfortable and there ate plenty of blankets and towels. Overall a perfect stay!

Cute cottage, great location!

This perfectly set up rental had everything we needed. We enjoyed the covered porch during a brief thunderstorm, and the grassy fenced in side yard was also a restful retreat after hiking all day. We were 15 minutes away from many beautiful hiking trails. Thank you!

Cozy and Convenient!

It was a pleasure staying in this quaint and cozy cottage! It was equipped with everything we needed for a three day stay and convenient to restaurants and other activities. We were able to ride our bikes from the property and enjoyed local bike trails. The back patio/yard was perfect for morning coffee and drinks in the evening. We requested an additional night’s stay and the owner and management team worked with us to make it happen. We will definitely stay here again!

lovely cottage, well equipped

We loved the little cottage. The living room and kitchen were bigger than expected! Bed and bedroom are small but we made it work for the 2 of us with no problem. Very thoughtful in details (storage clothing and bathroom items, lots of towels, tables in all the right places). The kitchen was great and we cooked several meals there. Location was perfect for us. The property was wonderful. Some minor hiccups: This is no fault of the host, but there was a dog adjacent to the property which would bark a lot and as we were there for figure skating training at the Olympic center, getting up quite early for ice time, our sleep was a bit interrupted. That, and the fact there was only one full set of bathroom towels were my only complaint. I actually ordered towels from Target so that my daughter and I had enough to use. Now on to everything wonderful: The cottage is absolutely adorable, we were greeted by photos of a time when the cabin was visited by bears. It has washer/dryer which we cherished as I truly love older model washers and dryers as I think they perform better. Dish soap and towels were provided for the hand washing necessary for plates/utensiles, so thank you for that. My daughter and I really enjoyed feeling like we were in an actual home for our longer stay. I appreciate how set back from the street this cabin is. We took out the trash every Friday as instructed, and additionally, took it out when we checked out on a Wednesday. Thank you for a lovely stay.
