This property is perfect for mid-town activities in Ruidoso!! We took our morning walks at Wingfield Park , enjoyed our morning coffee on the back deck, grilled one of the nights we were there and walked to the shops and music venues, too. The check-in process was so easy and Miss Theresa was super attentive. The house itself is very charming. Has everything we needed for our three-night stay. Bonus was a great nights sleep.! Don’t hesitate in renting this gem!

Great location for shopping. In walking distance. Nice park close by. Housekeeper text after our first night to check on us. We were very impressed by that. We have never had that happen in all the years we have stayed in Vrbo’s.

Will Always Stay Here!

Love this place! We have stayed here before and will definitely stay here again! Just 1/2 block from the shops. Wonderful communication with property manager - she is a gem! Very comfortable-even for our dogs. And they went the extra step with Christmas decorations. 10 STARS!

My son was the only person who was able to go. My partner had a heart attack on July 4th, so we were unable to stay. My son only stayed one day. He said it was very beautiful and he was able to enjoy his stay.

Nice cabin but ….

Overall not terrible but had no water for about 8 hours one day and was left to my own devices to solve issue.

Hi Charles, thank you for your review and we shared it with the homeowner. They apologize again for their delay in communication, as they had a busy workday. They were grateful the problem was later resolved, but are sorry again it wasn't taken care of sooner. Thank you again for your feedback.

1. The neighborhood is very sketchy.2. The back porch hadn't been swept or blown off in weeks. Spider webs all along the edge.3. The outdoor cushions were moldy. The host told me it was tree sap. It was not. I washed them and they did not come clean. It was mold.4. The oven was filthy. The bottom had burnt on food on it. I have a picture if you would want to see it.5. There is no mention in the description that the second bathroom is upstairs.6. There is a two-tiered table upstairs in the "game room". It was so dusty I could write my initials on it. I have a picture.7. For four adults there were two hand towels in the bathrooms for 4 days.8. The outdoor TV was nice.9. The beds were comfortable.10. The refrigerator is clean.11. The mountain view as stated is seen only from the upstairs bedroom window.

Great location

Awesome location, just one street from Sudderth - the main shopping street. Beds are comfortable and fully equipped kitchen is great if you want to cook meals. Great water pressure and enough hot water for 4 of us. Quiet neighbors. Great back porch - only thing that will make it better, is a jacuzzi. Wi-fi and cable. We had a hard time figuring out which remote goes with which TV and light/fan - labels would be nice. Guests are expected to wash their own dishes, so make sure you wash before use, we had some dirty items. Few spiderwebs in the bedrooms, proper dusting would be good. All-in-all, a great stay and we’ll book here again.

Cozy Cabin

Cabin was very clean. Kitchen wear was provided for easy use for cooking. Cozy couches and blankets were a nice touch and made the living room inviting. The bed mattress and linen in the second bedroom were very also comfortable. We loved that there were three TVs including one outside and the nightlights helped a lot.

Perfect Location and Size!

It was a perfect stay! Located right behind the main road, as well as off the road you take to go to the casino!! It was a great size ! Especially if you go with another couple . Or have kids. And the back patio was so cozy with a heater back there and a grill! They had everything we could have needed, from towels and extra blankets ! To kitchen stuff and appliances.

Perfect location w/ minor issue

Overall our stay was very enjoyable. The property is the perfect location for walking to many local shops and eateries. We had a plumbing issue our first morning. After calling, texting and emailing, it took an hour to get a response and about another hour before someone showed up to fix the problem. We were happy, when we returned from shopping, to find the plumbing had been fixed and the rest of our stay was perfect.

Great location right on the edge of downtown. Makes for an easy walk to and from. Cleanliness was less than impressive, lots of random trash everywhere!!
