Nouvellement restauré Vintage Boathouse 1920.

Superbement restauré, l'ancien hangar à bateaux. propriété tout à fait unique qui offre une vue spectaculaire sur Boothbay Harbor et l'océan ouvert. Grand pont pour se divertir. Il propose également un ber et un quai de 40 'en eau profonde avec une puissance de 50 ampères et de l'eau. Pêche droit sur le quai avec des kayaks et planches à pagayer également disponibles pour l'utilisation. ville Boothbay atterrissage seulement quelques minutes en bateau. Downtown Boothbay Harbor à seulement 1 mile de route. dispose l'intérieur d'une grande suite parentale avec la chaleur rayonnante dans le bain maître tous situés au deuxième étage privé. Les 2 autres chambres et une salle de bain complète sont situés au niveau inférieur avec une grande buanderie et une salle de télévision. Une des chambres a un accès direct à un patio côté de l'océan et les deux chambres ont de belles vues sur l'eau. Le niveau de vie principal est très ouvert avec une immense salle et cuisine avec 11 'plafonds et une grande salle à manger. Ce niveau a également un grand vestiaire et une salle de bain 1/2. La cuisine a un poêle à bois et la grande salle dispose d'une cheminée à bois. luminaires anciens Marine est aussi dans tout l'établissement. poutres apparentes d'origine et 11 'plafonds du hangar à bateaux d'origine sont des caractéristiques dans la cuisine et grande salle. La maison est un hangar à bateaux millésime d'un original 1920 qui a été déplacé légèrement en retrait de l'eau et entièrement restauré en 2014/2015. Une retraite de vacances spectaculaire et unique !!

A True “Maine” Attraction

We have been coming to Boothbay for the past 10 years and this was by far the best place we have ever stayed. The location was absolutely perfect overlooking the heart of Boothbay Harbor. The owners greeted us and made us feel welcome and at home. The property is breathtaking and decorated right out of a magazine. We loved the history of this renovated boathouse that the owners had a love to restore. There is something for everyone here whether it is fishing off the dock, paddleboarding, kayaking, or curling up with a book on the adirondacks. Plus, it was so wonderful waking up to the panoramic views of the harbor and the lobstermen at work. Just a short walk into town and you are in the heart of all the shops and restaurants of downtown. This is a true gem and we will never forget the memories we made here. We hope to rent this property again in the future. We highly recommend this property. You won’t be disappointed. Wonderful house

This is a beautiful and lovingly rendered restoration of an early 20 th century boathouse. The owners have converted it into a well appointed residence on the water. The house comes with a large dock and kayaks, SUPs and swimming ladder. You can also dock your own or a rental boat. It is a perfect location for exploring this part of Maine. We highly recommend this property!

Beautiful Location

The home was beautiful and had everything needed and more. The view was spectacular! Our favorite spot was sitting on the deck that overlooks the harbor. The location was great, especially since it was close to nearby shops and restaurants in town. My family and I truly had a relaxing getaway and would definitely like to come back again.

Perfect home

Great stay for our family. Beautiful home, complete with views, dock, kayaks, paddle boards, deck, grill, gourmet kitchen, landscaping. Restored boathouse is amazing, hoping to return next year!

Family Gathering

This is a five star vacation home! The owners greeted us and gave a tour of the property which is impeccable. It was like staying at a five star resort with the privacy of a single family home. We enjoyed all the amenities of the home as there was something for everyone... fishing equipment, paddle boards, kayaks just to list a few. We are already planning our next stay!

Relaxing Family vacation 2016

You really cannot appreciate the house or the view until you witness it first hand. Everything is done top notch both inside and out.Very Private yet just a short walk or drive to the main town. The house has everything one would need and the area is very relaxing. Fishing, swimming and kayaking right off the dock. I can't think of one thing I would change. Boothbay itself is a quaint spot with great shopping and restaurants. We will return without a doubt in 2017.
