Le Beach Retreat est l'endroit idéal pour vos prochaines vacances! Cette maison de vie inversée récemment construite a été soigneusement conçue pour les locataires. Lorsque vous entrez dans la maison, vous trouverez au rez-de-chaussée une suite spacieuse pour la belle-mère avec un grand réfrigérateur, un accès facile à la piscine et à la terrasse, comprenant une clôture amovible pour la sécurité et le garde-bébé, ainsi qu'un lit queen-size escamotable et un salon avec une télévision à écran plat. Lorsque vous montez les escaliers (ou utilisez l'ascenseur!), vous arrivez au niveau nuit qui comprend une très grande chambre principale et une salle de bain, ainsi que 2 chambres et une salle de bain complète. Chacune de ces chambres a sa propre télévision à écran plat ainsi qu'un accès facile aux patios couverts à l'avant et à l'arrière de la maison. En vous aventurant au dernier niveau de la maison, vous serez ravi de trouver un bel espace de vie décloisonné avec de hauts plafonds, une belle décoration côtière, un grand téléviseur à écran plat (65 "4 K ultra haute définition), haute vitesse connexion Internet, Play Station, et des vues qui vous épateront !!! Ce niveau contient également une chambre d'amis et une salle de bain complète, ainsi que deux autres ponts couverts à l'avant et à l'arrière de la maison. Les espaces de vie extérieurs dans cette maison sont vraiment phénoménaux. Et juste au moment où vous pensez avoir tout vu, il y a un autre escalier! Cet escalier vers le ciel vous amène à la terrasse sur le toit qui offre certaines des meilleures vues sur l'océan de tout St. Augustine Beach !! Cette magnifique maison est au coeur de Saint Augustine Beach, à distance de marche de nombreux restaurants, bars et boutiques, et à seulement 5-10 minutes en voiture du centre-ville historique de St. Augustin. Beautiful property! Plenty of room, everyone had own room and bathrooms. The pool is lovely and so convenient to spend morning at beach and afternoon in the pool. Convenient to lots of great restaurants. Only a block walk to Kookaburras coffee each morning and a short walk to Coneheads Ice Cream at night. Also Beachside Diner is great for breakfast. Lovely house and very clean. Would definitely stay again!!

Celebrated Easter with extended family at this house - it was the perfect getaway and property!! Close to everything and wonderful views of the beach! House was beautifully decorated and very clean!

Great family vacation for a large family

The place was amazing, so close to the ocean you can see it, smell it, hear it and in a few steps be on the beach. It was close to great food, entertainment and a short drive to downtown. It was the perfect place for our family vacation. Additionally it had an elevator for access for everyone so everyone can enjoy the balcony on the second floor or third floor.

Absolutely perfect for our family ages 9 months to 83 years. Walk to beach, restaurants and the back yard pool. Nothing better!

Perfect holiday getaway!!

This house was perfect, very clean and organized!! We loved the beachy decor, all of the rooms were so comfortable, made it feel like home!! Location was amazing, a couple steps from the beach, great coffee shop on the corner, mini golf just a walk away, a couple min car ride to historic downtown. Our entire family loved the house and really enjoyed spending the holidays in St Augustine!!

The best beach house we’ve ever stayed in!

This place was perfect for all ages! We brought the kids and there was never a dull moment. The proximity to the beach was an added bonus too! I would highly recommend! We made some core memories here.

Summer Beach Vaca

The location was perfect! close to beach and many great restaurant. Disney trip was about 2 hour drive and the kids loved it. The swimming area/pool was awesome! The only thing that i could suggest is to maybe have two single beds or a double bed in one of the rooms with a bunk and add a Television to the 3rd floor bedroom. Everything else was perfect!

Fabulous Family Vacation

We had a fabulous time at the Beach House Retreat. It was perfect for our family. We had our two sons and their families staying with us. The pool was perfect for our three grandkids ages 6,9,11. The house was so close to the beach and from the top porch, you could see the beach and ocean. The beds were great and the kitchen was well stocked. There was a closet full of bath towells as well as a separate closet full of beach towels. There were four beach chairs to use and two buggy boards.We had a fantastic time and will come again next year.

Not bad

Pool deck is bigger than in the pictures. Living area open and nice. House was cleaned before we came, but needs an exterminator as there were a good amount of German roaches. The roach spray they have in the closet ain’t gonna cut it. They should tell you prior about the cameras. Overall a nice place and a lot of cool stuff around to do. Neighbors sucked.

Fantastic Property at an Ideal Location

Beautiful house, spacious and comfortable. Steps from a pristine beach and a great little coffee shop just across the street. While I was informed there would be no beach equipment, we were pleasantly surprised to find chairs, lots of towels and even a beach umbrella. Management was accessible and communicative and very accommodating. Slept 7 comfortably with 2 sets of bunk beds, a king, a queen, and a Murphy bed. Highly recommend this rental!

Great getaway for long weekend.

The beach house was enjoyed by all and the teens loved spending some time in the pool after hanging out at the beach. The house is spacious and has pretty views from the main floor windows, the master bedroom and all the balconies. I was also happy with how quiet it was at night as well as being very convenient to Old Town.

3rd street address with Main Street amenities!

The house was perfect for our family gathering. The location is great for beaching, walking, eating out, eating in, pub crawling, bike riding, etc. We couldn't have asked for a better spot to hang out and enjoy all of the activities. The pool was fantastic for a relaxing swim and the multiple decks make for great ocean views and people watching. We will be back!

Wonderful!

The home was lovely-great views of the ocean from every deck both front and back. Plenty of utensils and cooking items in the kitchen and extra towels and sheets provided in closets. Just steps from the nice clean beach, and the pool convenient for active little ones. Plenty of patio seating for adults to chat while kids swim. Lots of restaurants within easy walking distance, and a coffee shop at the end of the street. Just two small concerns (certainly not enough to change the 5-star rating): the second floor bunkbeds were a tad wobbly, but we found an Allen wrench in the kitchen drawer that made it better. Fortunately, we didn't need the top bunk; the third floor was always very cold, despite trying to raise temp. Nothing a sweater or long sleeves couldn't fix. Overall, great place. We'd definitely stay here again.

Amazing location and Home!

The home was beautiful and well equipped. The bedrooms were spacious and very clean. we were super comfortable. Super close to the beach, just a few minute walk. Beach views were amazing, porch was my favorite spot. The only reason I gave a 4 for accuracy was because I found out a week before the trip that there was no grill/ beach chairs/beach towels. I brought beach towels with me but the home was fully stocked with beach and bathroom towels. The only thing we had to rent was the beach chairs and grill. Have not had to do that in any of our other beach rentals. Process was easy though, everything was delivered to the home. Our stay was GREAT!
