The unit is off a small private tree lined patio garden. It is nicely furnished and well maintained. Management staff were super friendly. A short walk to the river front and Broughton. Near great restaurants.

Me and my wife enjoyed our stay. Place was clean and comfortable, with that Savannah feel to it. It’s a great location which is what was most important to us. All of our favorite places are in walking distance. We will definitely book this place again if it’s available.

Wonderful location in the center of the Riverfront are of Savannah. Everything is walk-able with fine restaurants and parks readily available. The onsite parking is a very good plus for anyone staying inside the Riverfront area.

I was in Savannah for a work conference and truly enjoyed being so close to River Street and being able to easily walk to and from the conference location every day. I also appreciated all the amenities within walking distance, including food, shopping and parks. One great bonus was the ability to bring my dog, and he enjoyed being able to walk to all the parks with my husband. We will definitely look to rent this unit when we return to Savannah in the future!

One month at 321 E. Congress

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We spent the month of April in this garden (translated basement) apartment. The location is excellent for exploring the historic district on foot (it does come with a convenient parking space). It is walking distance to many of our favorite eating and drinking spots including the new Municipal Grand hotel with rooftop bar and basement speakeasy. The floor is brick, the same brick that the Savannah sidewalks are made from so bring some sturdy house slippers. A+ on the hot water and water pressure for the shower. Also A+ on the HVAC system, plenty of needed AC. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed for a longterm stay except a vegetable peeler. The oven is not vented, so open the back door if cooking. My only negative comment is about the patio (and front entry way). Don't be fooled by the photo, the patio is a scuzzy mess, with a thick layer of leaves and pollent and the chair cushions are dirty and covered in mold. The front door is sandbagged (to prevent water or bugs I don't know) and also full of leaves and pollen. Despite the shortcomings we enjoyed our stay and would return.

Perfect location with extra amenities

Great location just a few blocks from the river. Easy walking distance to sights in the historic district and great restaurants. Really enjoyed both the dedicated onsite parking spot and private outdoor patio. Would stay here again.

Great location, would definitely return!

The check in and check out process was very easy. It's the perfect place to stay in Savannah, with lots of charm. Everything was clean, no issues with anything while I was there. Great spot to stay close to River and Bay Streets, but far enough away to escape the crowds and noise. Will definitely return in the future!

The outside gate was a bit difficult to open until you got the hang of it. More instructions would have helped. The tv is a Roku TV. Not everyone is familiar with that. Instructions would have helped. On the positive side, parking was great, host was very helpful when contacted and you absolutely cannot beat the location!!

Great location very walkable to the historic / tourist districts. Clean, dry, spacious apartment. Private courtyard with great wrought iron table, umbrella, and loquot trees.Just a block away from nice coffee shop. The off-street private parking makes visiting Savannah so much easier.
