Hale Anuenue (Maison de Rainbows) est un grand studio / condominium entiÚrement équipé donnant sur le parcours de golf Prince (actuellement non utilisé, il ressemble donc à une immense cour arriÚre) et à un chemin piétonnier menant à la plage Anini. Il vient de subir une mise à jour majeure et propose une cuisine bien équipée, un lave-linge / sÚche-linge, un lit queen-size, une connexion Wi-Fi, une télévision haute définition (Smart TV), une salle de bain complÚte, des chaises de plage, un équipement de plongée et une glaciÚre. La grande véranda est parfaite pour observer les étoiles ou tout simplement pour profiter d'une lecture tranquille en plein air. Il y a un parking réservé, une superbe piscine avec un barbecue commun, des boutiques et des restaurants à quelques minutes. Le Princeville at Hanalei est idéalement situé à proximité de Kilauea, de Hanalei et du reste des nombreuses plages et commodités de la cÎte nord de Kauai. Vu sa taille, son emplacement et ses commodités, Hale Anuenue est de loin la meilleure affaire à Princeville. E komo mai.

Everything was absolutely perfect. We loved the place and will definitely be back next time we're in Kauai. Rick has really thought of everything here. Made our trip so much easier and fun. We had a wonderful stay here! Very homey with a lovely back porch. We enjoyed the location and Anini beach was within walking distance (the hill down there is steep and it’s a decent walk though, just FYI). Rick provided lots of amenities and we especially appreciate the beach chairs, umbrella, and snorkeling gear.

This place was absolutely wonderful! It was well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The area was very nice and quiet. We enjoyed drinking our coffee every mornong on the back lanai. There is a small shopping center nearby that has a grocery store, several options for restaurants and nightly love music. It was also is also a quick drive to Hanalei. It was just a truly wonderful place to stay for our visit to Kauai!

Place was perfect for us! Really enjoyed the full kitchen amenities as it provided an opportunity for us to make some snacks and meals without having to find a place to eat out each meal. The additional amenities that were included were excellent; chairs for the beach, towels for the beach, fans for air movement while sleeping, and of course the included snorkeling gear. It was all wonderful!

Perfect for two!

This little getaway place was fantastic! One of the best stocked VRBO‘s that we have ever stayed in. Usually, we have to go and purchase utensils and other supplies - at this place, that was not the case. The unit was very clean, well taken care of and we felt safe in this location. We’d pick this place again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. It’s stocked with everything needed including all the beach gear and added touches like Kleenex, paper towels, napkins, soaps, basic spices, condiments and even distilled water for the iron or CPAP machine. The condo lives much larger than a typical studio and the full size kitchen was wonderful. The patio offers a peaceful setting amongst the lush landscape. The owner was very responsive during our stay and he has provided so many amenities to make your stay comfortable. The location is ideal for the Princeville area and we would definitely return to this property when visiting Kauai again.

Perfect Place

The pictures of this place don’t do it justice — it was perfect for us to stay at as a couple! If you want to explore the north shore, this is your best bet. We loved being close to Hanalei and visited Ha’ena State Park, and we also did some activities in Wailua —easy drive. We loved the beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, and snorkel gear - they really made our trip with all of our beach exploring. There is also a copy of a Kauai Guidebook that was GOLD - great info and recommendations. I would stay here again, it was lovely.

North Shore getaway

Very nice condo with all we needed for our stay in Princeville. Loved having the windows open at night to catch the evening breeze. Walking distance to several restaurants, market and Anini Beach. Nice home base to do all the activities on the North Shore.

I traveled much of the world and found myself on Kauai in 1979. I knew the minute I arrived that I was home. I continued to vacation on Kauai yearly and finally decided to move to Kauai full time in 1986. I moved to the mainland in 2010 to explore the U.S., but It wasn't long before I realized that there's no place like Kauai and I came back "home".

Paniolo offers a great, quiet location fronting on the Prince Golf Course and amenities such as an on-site pool, a trail down to Anini Beach and the convenience of being just minutes away from world class beaches, numerous outdoor activities, shopping, a library and park.
