Stay was wonderful ! My kids enjoyed the pool a lot. Only thing that I was bother by was that we had to pay extra to use hot tube which wasn’t disclosed(maybe I didn’t see it) when booked. House was spotless and super good vibes !

We're so glad you enjoyed your stay and apologize for any misunderstanding related to the hot tub. I do not see anything was charged for use of the hot tub and no pool heat charge was added as the hot tub can be used outside of heating the pool. I do see that staff was able to help you with the remote to use the hot tub. We very much enjoyed hosting you.

It was a very nice weekend, the house its super clean !! The kitchen has all that you need. The pool and jacuzzi are a plus.

We just had a nice week long stay in this house. It's in an older neighborhood, but everything was as advertised. The pool and spa were great. Everything worked as advertised. It was helpful to have beach towels and chairs and a cooler for a beach trip. Near UTC, 30 min from the beach, near golf courses.

Check in was a breeze. We were sent directions on how to get into the house and it went flawlessly. When we had questions, the host replied in a timely manner. The house was exactly as advertised. It was clean and comfortable. It has everything you need (just like your own home). This was our first time renting through VRBO and it was wonderful. The pool and hot tub were fabulous. The slide was an extra bonus. My family loved the all aspects of the pool area. There is an outdoor 1/2 bath which was great to utilize while enjoying the pool and hot tub. It was as clean as the bathrooms inside the house.The property is in a great quiet area. It was close to grocery stores and restaurants. It was an easy drive to both downtown Sarasota and Siesta Key. We were a little concerned about how close the airport was, and plane noise. There was no an issue. The seven days we were there we only heard a handful of planes due to the weather pattern one day. (Honestly, we live about 40 miles from a major airport and we hear the planes every day).I recommend this property. You will not be disappointed!

Great stay

This stay was amazing. Accurate to pictures and the hosts were responsive. We had plans all week and only wish I could’ve used the pool more. Would definitely book this again if I ever find myself in Sarasota again.

Great Home in a Quiet Beautiful Neighborhood
