We sincerely apologise that aspects of the property’s cleanliness and presentation did not meet your expectations. Following your feedback, the outdoor area light has been repaired, the bedding has been reviewed and stained linen that could not be adequately cleaned has been removed from circulation. We have also reviewed the BBQ and our pre-arrival housekeeping and inspection procedures. The BBQ plates and components are checked between guest stays. While the BBQ is an established outdoor appliance and may show some natural signs of age and use, we appreciate your comments and have reviewed its condition and cleaning requirements. We are also sorry for the confusion regarding Wi-Fi. The property is advertised as not having Wi-Fi, and we make a point of highlighting this in our listings so guests can make an informed decision when booking. We regret that this information was not sufficiently prominent at the time of your reservation. Had we been made aware of these concerns during your stay, our team would have welcomed the opportunity to address them as promptly as possible to help improve your experience.
