Duplex de niveau supérieur dans le charmant village de Suttons Bay. Juste des blocs à manger, faire du shopping et de la baie. Imaginez que vous sortiez de chez vous sans avoir à conduire votre voiture! Cette maison de 3 chambres 1. 5 salles de bain accueille jusqu'à 6 personnes avec 2 lits queen et 1 lit complet. Cuisine complète avec lave-vaisselle et buanderie séparée. La maison a un / c dans une chambre et a également des fans. Draps et serviettes sont inclus
Petit coin salon à l'extérieur. Il y a un barbecue à gaz aussi. Vous n'avez pas envie de cuisiner? Suttons Bay a de très bons restaurants. Le VI, Martha’s Table et North Country ne sont que quelques exemples à ne pas manquer. Hop Lot Brewery est à seulement quelques pâtés de maisons. Vous pouvez faire vos courses, aller au théâtre Bay ou profiter des boutiques amusantes. Les agriculteurs vendent tous les samedis à l'automne. Le sentier Leelanau, qui relie Suttons Bay à Traverse City, est parfait pour ceux qui veulent faire du vélo, marcher ou courir sur un sentier pavé sécurisé. Ce sentier serpente à travers le comté et ne déçoit pas.
Cette zone est à 5 minutes du lac Leelanau, à 15 minutes de Leland et Northport. Traverse City est à 20 minutes. N'oubliez pas les dunes endormies et de nombreux sentiers de randonnée. Cette région magnifique et cette maison confortable sont imbattables.

Suttons Bay Retreat
Clean tastefully decorated home just a block off Main Street. Loved the location and all the little things done right to make our 3 night stay seamless. Definitely would recommend. Quiet safe neighborhood as well. Minutes from Leelanau Trail!

A very nice an convenient place to stay. Property is very clean. Groundskeepers live in the duplex below the rental, but for the four days we stayed we didn't hear them once. The kitchen is nice and roomy if you want the option to cook a meal or two on vacation. Location is excellent for walking access to Suttons Bay and short driving distance to either Glen Arbor, Traverse City, or any of the attractions like wineries and scenic overlooks/walks in between.

The rental was great for 5 of us. Walking distance to Sutton's Bay, close to Hop Lot and other wineries/cideries. Be careful, even if you book with VRBO the management company makes you sign their rental agreement with the management company and you open yourself up to additional liability. Pickleball courts and disc golf nearby. Although it says there's only 2 parking spaces, there's TONS of street parking outside the house. We would definitely stay here again.

Up North Family Getaway
Well stocked kitchen, clean bathrooms with nice towels, large main living room, and comfortable beds. Vrbo listing shows water views. This property is a ten minute walk to the beach and waterfront. Short walk to shopping and dining. Enjoyed our stay!

Spacious and convenient location
Loved our stay at this spacious home in a quiet neighborhood within easy walking distance to shops/restaurants and the Leelanau Trail. Kitchen was very well stocked for meal preparation and deck was a great place to relax. Would definitely stay again!

Brief stay with elderly parents
Beautiful property exactly as described in listing. We were ever so comfortable during our stay. My parents, in their 90’s were very comfortable. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need for cooking.

Really Nice place
House clean, comfortable, upgraded linens, and furniture—nice touch. House was well stocked with everything we needed. Property really conveniently located—It’s about a 10 minute walk to beach and not more than 20 minute drive to Traverse City and other quaint towns along coast.

Sunshine cottage was cute clean close to everything.
Great food beach wineries golf course
We have family on Lake Leelanau just a few miles away. Fishtown best chowder !The couple that lives below are sweet . Highly recommend staying here.
