Bien que cette propriété abordable ne soit pas sur l'eau, il s'agit d'une courte promenade de 1/3 mile sur une route de 25 mi / h jusqu'à la plage publique et dans le village de Suttons Bay. Downtown Suttons Bay est à seulement 2/3 mile de la propriété et peut être facilement accessible en vélo ou à pied. L'emplacement de cette propriété la plus abordable est très pratique pour se rendre à pied au Hop Lot, Boone's et Marina.

Cette cabine est propre et confortable avec une cuisine entièrement équipée. Salle familiale, salon, salle de bain et chambre des maîtres au rez-de-chaussée. Grande chambre avec 2 lits jumeaux et 1 lit double au deuxième étage. Laveuse et sécheuse sont fournis. Wi-Fi gratuit et télévision par câble à écran plat de 50 pouces.

Grande cour arrière pour jouer dehors. Beaucoup de vélos pour explorer la région.

Animaux acceptés (100 $ supplémentaires) mais doivent être tenus en laisse et nettoyés après.

Fumer à l'extérieur est autorisé mais pas à l'intérieur. Les mégots ne doivent pas être laissés autour ou sur le sol.

Great location

Perfect location to many of the Northern Lake Michigan/Traverse Bay sites. Nice walk to beaches and into town. The house has the best equipped kitchen in any we have stayed.

Great place

We had a great time here. Perfect location, close to everything. The place is a little dated (especially the loud heater), but for anyone not looking to spend too much time inside, it’s a nice little place.

Perfect location!

Loved staying here, location was perfect! The available bikes in the garage were an added bonus! Close enough to ride into Sutton’s Bay for breakfast and also very close to Hop Lot. Highly recommend!

Great stay in Sutton Bay

Great location, short walk to local beaches and attractions. Bike trail nearby and Hop lot within walking distance with fish town a 15 min drive away. Great house with bbq and fire pit. Family with two boys 6 and 10 had an awesome weekend !

Sutton's Bay stay

Great location for walking into town. It was so nice to have our little dog travel with us on our Easter adventure. Tart trail and a little nearby park were added bonuses. We enjoyed the quiet cottage setting and a bon fire at night. Thank you again for accommodating our needs!

Bay get away

Great location and quaint cottage

This cottage is homey and spacious and worked great for my family. We were able to park our boat trailer and truck in driveway and the cottage had all the amenities for a week stay. Town is just a mile or so away and the park beach even less. Nice large flat screen TV for evening movies. So fun!

Awesome time in Sutton’s Bay

Clean , convenient and gave us everything we needed. Due to the rain we had some ant and bumble bee visitors but the cabin came with spray to use on them! So it all worked out! Thx for letting us live there for a week!

Cabin in the woods

Very nice beautiful kitchen comfortable living room. Whole house was very very cold. The furnace was very loud and shook the room.

We have been coming to the Sutton's Bay area for over 20 years and love the area. We bought this cottage in 2014 and have enjoyed sharing it with other families!

We love this property because of the great location to everything we love to do. As a family we love biking, hiking, swimming and just spending time on the water.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

Our cabin is an older rustic cabin with enough updates to make it comfortable for families to enjoy. We offer very low rental rates all summer and the cabin has all the amenities that families need such as washer and dryer, washing machine, clothes line, fire pit, bikes of all sizes, gas grill and many other recreational games.
