Great stay for 4th of July weekend!

Great place for our 2 night stay in Mammoth! Property is as advertised - cozy living room, fully stocked kitchen and very clean. The location is awesome too, we were able to walk to Mammoth Brewery and back (about 0.4 miles), and the drive to any lodge was short. Will certainly be back for our next trip to Mammoth!

Great stay close to the village

This is a great place for a family or small, close group of friends. The location was great check in was super easy. We appreciated the keypad to enter the condo, so we didn’t have to worry about keeping track of physical keys during our stay. Overall, it was a good stay!

Nice location, terrible beds

This is a nice little condo in a great location. The only downside is that the beds were terrible and no one slept well for all 3 nights. On the upside, it has an updated kitchen and is fairly well put together.

Cozy under a ton of snow

The condo was perfect for our needs. Close to town and short drive to the mountain. There is so much snow that no natural light can come into the condo. But there were plenty of movies and games for fun family times.

Convenient Condo with good hot tub

Good: Great convenience for lift access. 2 shuttle stops steps away. There's a driveway right next to the door to unload. Check-in is fully online ahead of time. Cable in both rooms and a big coffee maker. All appliances are new and the wood stove is great 👍 Bad: Took a star off location and neighborhood because parking is shared and was always full near the condo. Took a star off communication because the front staff was a bit of a downer. We had a power outage and they didn't seem too concerned with keeping us comfortable (no heat). They also will replace a wet towel but you have to walk to the front desk which is outside in the cold and not close.. then they go through a record keeping of it etc, kind of cheap.

Hi Brian, Thank you for the feedback. We are sorry to hear your stay with us was not up to expectations. I'm not sure what you mean by "shared" parking. Our complex is set for Seasons 4 Guests and owners parking only, but we do find poachers take advantage once in a while. Our managers try their best to go through all the cars to make sure they are permitted, but we were extremely busy during this period, it can be a bit challenging. Unfortunately, the power outage was something out of our hands and we tried our best to help out all our guests. The manager was here until midnight to offer blankets, extra lights, and heat in the common area. Being a holiday period (most schools were out the week after New Years, making occupancy in town and us at 100%), we had no other unit to offer to move you. The power outage affected half our complex, plus many more across and up the street. We do understand how inconvenient it was, we also had power outages at our own homes, and we did issue a compensation refund as we know it was not what anyone wanted or expected. Our rental office is conveniently onsite of Seasons 4 condos to help guests answer questions and resupply amenities, as it is not always easy to trek through town to get items (especially during these last few storms). Seasons 4 Rentals is a small company with a tight laundry, we do have to limit the amount of linens we exchange per day. When the roads are tough, the laundry delivery service can be delayed. Handing out an excess of towels (for example) can result in there not being enough for all of our guests who would also try to change out the towels. Thus the reason we note down the number of items handed out. As it says in our check-in instructions and guests book, we are happy to exchange towels once a day for our guests, and resupply the basic amenities (toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, etc.). We are sorry there was a misunderstanding regarding this. We appreciate your stay with us and hope you are doing well! Best, Teri and Bianca Seasons 4 Rentals

Excellent Thanksgiving Week

My son and I decided to skip the family festivities and head up for our first turns of the season over Thanksgiving. We could not have found a more perfect location for us. We spend a lot of time in Mammoth and there are a lot of shady places overselling their properties so it always requires a bit of research. We have never stayed at the Seasons 4 complex and are now wondering why. In the case of this specific property, everything was exactly as advertised and more. The location is exceptional. Tram line right outside or you can take a short walk to Canyon Lodge (which helps get you ready to ski). The check in process was seamless. The facility has a pool table, foosball, ping pong and a nice jacuzzi. You can borrow DVD's and games from the front desk. Lots of options. We are very picky with where we stay and this property had everything we needed. Great couches and comfy chairs. Wood burning fireplace. Excellent heater. Great mattresses. Nice TV setup with good Wi-Fi. The TV is easily accessible for your streaming devices (we always bring a Firestick for streaming). Kitchen stocked with all the necessities. Fun stereo system. DVD with movies. Board games. New appliances. Everything worked as expected. Check out was a breeze. One massive bonus was the ski locker at Canyon. It makes things so much easier to just leave your gear in the heated locker room and then take the short walk back to the property. My son and I loved everything about this place. We will be back!

Comfy and well appointed with good location

This downstairs unit is very private against a hill and has a very nice recently remodeled kitchen with newer appliances and good selection of cookware. Bedding and furniture was in good condition and very comfy and this unit hands down had the best AC/heat of any of the probably 30 properties I have rented at Mammoth over the years. Lots of games to keep the kids entertained but the Aiwa stereo could use upgrading to one that works with bluetooth with your phone. The location is very good close to parking and easy to find but a tough uphill walk of about 2 blocks to get to the ski lodge.
