6 personnes sur deux étages et dispose de 2 salles de bains. Il est à quelques secondes de remontées mécaniques, mais aussi du ski-in / out (les conditions le permettent). Il y a 3 chambres (2 avec la Reine, 1 avec 2 lits simples) et 2 salles de bain complÚtes. La maison dispose d'une cuisine entiÚrement équipée, salon et salle à manger. Internet, téléphone et télévision par cùble, DVD Blue Ray et Apple TV. Le centre de remise en forme avec une salle de fitness, piscine, bains à remous et un bar / café est dans le coin. Vue sur les montagnes, et le bois est fourni pour la cheminée. Laveuse / sécheuse et toutes les commodités de la maison.

A great home to stay at Killington

Great place for our family ski vacation. Ski in/ski out with thoughtful instructions provided by the owner. This home had everything we needed and everything works. A super comfortable stay.

Great ski in and out apartment

We loved the location in Sunrise Village, the apartment was very clean, check in was easy, great skiing from and to the apartment! Bill, the owner, was super responsive. Very much recommended!

What a gem

My family that includes two parents, one grandparent and two children (5 and 1) loved this condo. Highly recommend!! Bill was so nice and helpful. It’s the ideal spot for families. It felt like home in all the best ways.

Perfect Ski

We had a wonderful time and will definitely be returning. Bill (the owner) was very responsive and courteous to our questions. The condo itself was perfect, very large, comfy and well equipped with everything we needed plus some. Of course the ability to ski in/out is always great, allowing easy access to the whole Mtn. Thanks Bill, we will definitely will be returning.

Great House-Very Comfortable-Close to Ski On/Off

We really enjoyed our stay at this Sunrise Townhouse, it was very comfortable and felt more like home than most places we've stayed at Killington. The owner was very communicative and super friendly, I event met one of the neighbors and he was welcoming and helpful with some of the finer points of the mountain. The Ski On/Off was a short walk uphill, it was a little cumbersome but probably more because of the conditions than the access. The mountain was in great shape and the home was great, we didn't want to leave!!! Will certainly consider renting here again.

New Year’s Eve trip

Our family of 6 had a lovely stay and felt right at home in the condo. Great location and it was nice to have the fireplace and firewood provided. Kitchen was well stocked too. Would surely return! My only suggestion is to update the photos in the listing. Many are duplicates or out of date or upside down. The condo is better in person than the pics show.

Great Place and location

The condo was great. Nice spot on the mountain for skiing. It was warm, clean, and plenty of room for a family of 5. The host was great with communication, directions, instructions, whatever was needed. We lost power during a major storm on Saturday, twice, for multiple hours. But the Condo complex has plenty of firewood available, and we stayed warm. And with candles, had light. I will say, the fire heat and light it provided at night was kinda peaceful. Great stay. The place is highly recommended.

Best Place We’ve Stayed in Killington

We absolutely loved our stay at this home in Sunrise Village!! It was super clean and fully stocked to aid in cooking all our meals. We all loved how homie it felt and how communicative the owner was. The living room, compared to some other homes we looked at, had a large TV and plenty of seating for the five of us to sprawl out and relax after long days on the mountain. The ski in/out was a little tricky at first, but once we figured it out the first day it was easy to get back. The owner provided photos to help with our trek back. We will be absolutely coming back if it’s available for our yearly trip next year!! The only recommendation to better the place is to 180 degree flip the mattress in the upstairs master bedroom, or replace, since it significantly sunk the middle with two people sleeping on it. But we slept at the foot end of the bed and it was much better. If we’re able to come back I’ll def be calling the downstairs double bed. Thank you so much to making our stay so special and memorable!!

Spacious, warm, access to great pool

The property is cosy and very homely. It feels like someone's home, as opposed to a vacation rental. The kitchen was very impressively equipped, which is often the upside of a place that's genuinely someone's home. The furniture and furnishings are tired - this is not a slick and modern property - but I think the photos reflect the 'vibe' pretty well. The mattress on the master bed has had its day, I would say, and could do with an upgrade. My children reported that the other beds were adequate. I found the process of having physical keys mailed to me rather old-fashioned. Note that the owner is not happy to have an electric car plugged in to charge via the house electrics. We were not aware of this beforehand, but it would have been useful to know as there are no Tesla superchargers nearby (just destination chargers).

Perfect ski trip

We had an amazing ski vacation in Killington! This is the perfect location for ski on/ski off, and we enjoyed the hot tub and cafe at the Sunrise clubhouse. It was a great space for our group of 6, and Bill was the nicest host!

Great condo; great location; great experience

This is a wonderful condo in a great location. The owner communicated clearly and made the check-in process easy and efficient despite the complications of the ongoing pandemic. Usually we really enjoy the ski-in/ski-out feature of the Sunrise area. This time, it was so cold that we ended up driving a few minutes to take the Gondola up (another nice feature of this condo is that it is close to everything).

Great place for a ski vacation with family

We spent the last week of December in this place. Communication with Bill was very easy! It’s a short 15min drive to the main ski base area but there a lifts close to the property that will bring you to the main area. The house was clean at arrivals and has everything needed for a family stay! We will book again for sure!

Great location and townhouse

Property was great... bigger then we expected 😀 it is well stocked with towels and blankets and the fireplace makes it extra cozy. The owner was terrific to work with and I would highly recommend this place! We skied out from Bear Mountain everyday; easy access and way less crowded.

A great “home away from home” for excellent ski & boarding vacation

A lovely house for our vacation! We quickly felt at home! The location was very close to the resorts (one end of Killington and very short drive to Pico [same lift ticket worked for both resorts, which made it flexible and extended the experience]), but at the same time very quiet property to relax and enjoy the time with our family!! We also liked that the property owner is very resourceful, knows the area inside out and was very willing to share (rental, lesson, restaurant, family activities and more) to make it fun and relaxing vacation for us! From starting the day with Keurig coffee (bring your favorite K-cup pods) to relaxing evening in front of the big screen and well-enabled TV set, this property was excellent for our family vacation!!!

Fantastic condo

We stayed in Bills condo over the MLK weekend. The condo has a great layout with lots of comfortable seating and space.. The kitchen is updated, stocked with essentials and works well for entertaining. Bill was so easy to work with and made our experience even more enjoyable than we could have expected. Thanks Bill!
