La rue principale est à seulement 2 pâtés de maisons. Restez dans le meilleur emplacement dans le plus joli condo. Entièrement rénové. Tous les nouveaux meubles, conçus sur mesure. Magnifique! Les 3 douches sont entièrement réglables pour votre choix de modèles d'eau. Conduisez jusqu'à notre étage et vous serez à 20 mètres de votre porte! Ouvrez la porte d'entrée et voyez l'océan juste au-delà du salon à travers les fenêtres du sol au plafond. Dérivez vers le balcon et buvez dans la brise de l'océan. Entourez à gauche la Master Suite, également ouverte sur le balcon et la vue sur l'océan. Coin salon, lit King, TV écran plat contribuent à votre plaisir. La salle de bain principale a un grand bain à remous et une douche séparée. Les lavabos doubles offrent un espace individuel. Salon décontracté mais élégant, axé sur la plage. Nouveau canapé et causeuse moelleux. Trois chaises pivotantes vous permettent de faire face facilement à la télévision ou à la plage. Sièges confortables pour 7. La salle à manger a une grande table et 6 chaises plus 2 chaises latérales. La cuisine, entièrement équipée, a tous les nouveaux appareils. 2ème chambre a un lit Queen. 3ème chambre a un lit double avec un petit lit simple qui peut être retiré. Chaque chambre a sa propre salle de bain. Des couleurs fraîches et amusantes vous font savoir que vous êtes définitivement à la plage. La fraîcheur et le luxe vous entourent. Juste en bas, nous avons une piscine en plein air, une piscine intérieure, un grand bain à remous, une rivière paresseuse et la plage, le Grand Strand large et lisse menant à l'océan vous invitant à patauger, faire du surf, flotter, nager, surfer ou creuser ou dessiner dans le sable. Pendant la haute saison, vous aurez un parapluie et 2 chaises installées chaque matin et stockées pour la nuit par le service de plage. Notre salle de fitness a une vue sur l'océan depuis le 3ème étage. Juste à côté se trouve le parc d'attractions avec manèges et jeux, ouvert tout l'été. À proximité se trouvent les vélos, le golf, le tennis, l'équitation en banane, le parachute ascensionnel, le jet ski, le golf miniature, les spectacles, les magasins, les restaurants, les clubs de danse et plus encore. Ou détendez-vous au soleil ou à l'ombre de votre parasol. Pouvez-vous vous voir sieste aux sons des vagues? Il y en a pour tous les goûts. Quel que soit votre style, vous passerez un bon moment! Property was in excellent location. Oceanfront condo was beautiful with a large balcony. Plenty of parking. My only complaint would be that there isn’t a restaurant on site.

Fantastic vacation home!!

We had 6 adults and this was a very comfortable place for all of us. It is well stocked and has everything needed. The owner is so very attentive and answered every question right away. Highly recommend this property!

Wonderful condo for beach week

We had a lovely time in North Myrtle Beach. The condo was so perfect that we stayed around it and hardly drove during our week there. The view is splendid and the beach is just a short walk from the unit. The pool was a great spot also for the kids. The kitchen had everything you needed and was great for all meals. We only ate out once since it was so nice to stay in. This is a great spot for a family beach vacation.

Family Get away

This condo was a great space for our family. My husband son and I invited our parents and my older brother for the week. It provided ample space and accommodations for 5 adults and one teen. The facility and amenities were exactly as described and proximity to the beach was amazing. I was worried about parking on a holiday week and even that was easy and never a problem. Working directly with the owner was a plus.

We recently stayed at this oceanfront beach condo with our family, and it was absolutely perfect for our vacation. The location couldn’t have been better—just steps from the sand, with breathtaking views of the ocean right from the balcony. Waking up to the sound of the waves and watching the sunset from the balcony felt like a dream.The condo itself was clean, spacious, and well-stocked with everything we needed. The kitchen had all the essentials for cooking meals at home, and there was plenty of seating for everyone in both the dining and living areas. The bedrooms were comfortable, and the layout gave everyone enough space to relax and unwind.The building had great amenities too—easy beach access, a pool, a fitness center, and elevators.Sally was super helpful and communicative if we had any questions or concerns. She even offered to give us a later checkout. I saw some previous reviews mentioning the notes/labels and I personally found them to be super helpful. It can be stressful staying somewhere and not being able to figure out how to operate the microwave or tv. Overall, this was an ideal spot for a family getaway. Peaceful, scenic, and super convenient. We’re already talking about coming back next year! Thank you Sally for letting us stay at your little piece of paradise.

Family Beach Vacation at North Myrtle Beach

Great condo, with pool, lazy river, hot tub and super easy beach access. Condo was clean, with all the amenities you need for an extended stay. Great view from the balcony with Adirondack chairs. Jacuzzi tub in owners suite was a plus to go along with the other 2 bathrooms. Our 3 girls were very comfortable there. Plenty of parking in attached parking garage. So so convenient to shops, and restaurants like Buoys and Melt plus so much more. North Myrtle Beach was so much more our family’s speed compared to Myrtle Beach. North Myrtle is for families, Myrtle beach and the pier is more of a tourist trap kinda vibe, to each their own though. This condo had all the appliances you need along with cookware and dishes. We rented beach chairs and umbrellas for the week to get the discount from the North Myrtle Beach website and that made life super easy!! Thank you Sally!

July 4th vacation

Condo was clean, large (3 beds, 3 baths), everything you would need to cook with in the kitchen. Views were awesome, chairs outside on the deck are great. Easy access to everything (food/shopping), pools, lazy river and hot tub was nice as well. Lots of notes in the condo (on remotes for TV's, microwave, washing machine, notes everywhere, we felt like children that didn't know how to do anything. It made us feel like the owner should just live there and not rent it out. We were afraid to sit on the couch (there are rules about the couch) or touch anything. Would recommend staying in the building but maybe not it this particular condo. Owner is nice but having to print out 4 pages of do's, don'ts and check out sign off sheets never mind having to print out your own parking passes for your car is a bit much. Like I said, great condo, very roomy and clean, highly recommend it, just not for us.

Very Nice Condo!!

Almost perfect! Very nice - almost too nice. It has light colored carpet throughout which scared us due to having young children. Fortunately it is well stain-guarded for the few spills we had. - Just note the 2 other bedrooms are small compared to other condos we have used but we made it work. - "3rd bedroom has double bed with a small single that can be pulled out." This turned out to be a toddler/crib mattress in the closet. Fortunately we were not counting on this for an adult. - My only gripe were the mattresses. The queen bed was markedly caved in in the center. Felt like sleeping on the banks of a ditch. It just rolls you to the center into each other. My parents stayed in the master bedroom and said the same. While everything else was absolutely top notch... the beds are pretty important so I will be looking to see if these get replaced before booking for next summer. thanks

We’re sad to learn that this family might have been happier elsewhere. We value clear and accurate communications and direct contact with our upcoming guests. All of our mattresses were purchased in late 2015, and our place is not rented out much of the year. No one else has mentioned any problem, but we will make an evaluation and take appropriate action. Our vacation home has high quality items and custom décor. We strive to provide a lovely and comfortable home away from home for our family and for our guests. We encourage everyone to take a good look at our photos, which are a valuable window into our beautiful place.

Renters Beware!

Sally knew her condo was flooded for 8 hours before we showed up and did not reach out to tell us so we could make other arrangements. We kept communications with her through check-in, and complied, she did not respond until the fifth day. For additional detail, we received our last check-in communication from her an hour before this happened. When we checked-in, we were required to send her a check in list. At that time we told her that there was flooding. We also sent pictures, but we knew that she was informed for two reasons. 1. There was already flood mitigation equipment in the room in the master bathroom, master closet (which was covered in standing water), main closet and living room. (Day 1) 2. Befor techs showed up the next day. Still no communication from Sally. They came in and set up more equipment. They told us that they talked to Sally about this. Of course they did. They have to get authorization. (Day 2) During our stay, we were tasked with not only maintaining very loud and heavy, industrial fans, air scrubbing and dehumidifier equipment, but we were also not able to fully enjoy the space. On top of that, there were technicians in and out of our condo while we weren’t there. The day before we leave, a technician came to change the A/C filter. Why? When it could have waited until the next day when we’re set to check out. On top that, the house was so humid from the flood the fire alarms set off constantly

We certainly empathize with the emotions behind this guest's words; however, here are some facts. Our HOA, as is common practice, has standing authorization to enter any unit in our building if damage is occurring. Our HOA's water mitigation company had entered all affected units right away to place fans blowing on wet carpet, etc. Neither our HOA nor these guests called me on the phone as the urgency of the situation would have indicated. Also, I consistently send my check-in information form to all renters, in which I ask for an immediate text or phone call to verify to me the conditions of our unit, which I did send to the primary renter 4 days before their arrival . They only sent me an email upon their arrival, which I saw the next day. So I was surprised to learn the following day that water had entered our unit and that it was caused by a breakage in our building's sprinkler system a few floors above our place and that it had occurred on their day of arrival. The primary renter and I spoke on the phone and corresponded by email and text from their 2nd day over the next few days. As soon as great distress was communicated to me, we issued a partial refund, which VRBO agreed was fair. We often err on the side of being generous, because meeting our goal of good and timely communications with kindness and understanding are important to our business of providing a clean and comfortable environment for our guests.

Family Vacation

This condo was very nicely decorated and clean. My favorite part was the view from the balcony. Downtown was a short walk to restaurants and other activities. Thanks for letting us stay! We had a great time.

Great Stay!

This place is great..comfortable..and the perfect location for me and my family. Nothing negative to say at all. Walkable to almost everything we love to do when we go to N. Myrtle. The umbrella/chairs are an awesome additional perk. Nothing negative to say at all. My only worry is... more people will catch on to this one and either the price will exceed my range or it will be booked constantly!! :( Great week long vacation... great communication with the owners. Everything was enjoyable!

Beautiful, very clean Condo

Great property. Very clean and well decorated. Large balcony. Property had everything (household products, hand soap, etc.) unlike a lot of places. Owner was a great communicator and was always available for questions. Condo was in the heart of Ocean Drive and so close to all the action. 2 rental chairs and umbrella were included and so convenient. We had an awesome two weeks!

Beautiful place to stay

Really the only thing that I would say that could have been better is the length of our vacation here! Other than that, the rooms were really nice and tidy, the balcony was so peaceful at night, and the sunrise in the mornings were simply breathtaking! I would have liked to have stayed longer but hey, that's life.

Plush Beachfront Condo

Beautifully decorated condo with all the necessities. 2 of the Bedrooms And closets were roomy, full size bedroom and closet were small and that bathroom is not attached. All beds were comfortable. Covered parking on your floor was a plus. Walking distance to restaurants, shopping and ice cream! Communication before staying was answered promptly. Had to request check in information the night before we were scheduled to arrive. Had to have hotel lobby print all information for us since we were driving. All concerns were promptly addressed by owner. Pool was open and monitored, lazy river closed due to COVID concerns. Would recommend this property.

3 week stay

We stayed here for 3 weeks in July/August 2020. We really had a great time. Here are some things to know: 1. The location is perfect. Right on Ocean Drive by Main Street. Very convenient to everything in NMB. GrubHub and Instacart both deliver to this condo. 2. The property is ocean front and we loved opening the balcony doors every morning to the sounds of the ocean. So great! 3. The WiFi is the building WiFi and not secure. This was an issue for us as we were working some of the time and could not use the open access building WiFi. ATT service was not good inside the condo so we had to put our phones on the balcony to get service so we could use our own hotspots. That was very frustrating. Also, during high internet times, like around mid morning and the evening, the building WiFi would go in and out which super frustrated the teenagers. 4. The condo is absolutely beautifully decorated. If you have very small children you might be nervous that they would break things. There is a lot of mirror and glass and decorative items throughout the condo. 5. The small mattress that is available is a crib mattress so it was useless to us for our 7th person. That person had to sleep on the couch. 6. With Vrbo, you get separate communications and they don’t share information with the owner like Airbnb, so keep an eye on your emails. 7. We were there through the little hurricane that came through and felt perfectly safe. We didn’t even lose power. 8. Sally paid for 2 chairs and an umbrella to be set up every day. That was awesome. We gave Christian a little extra for his college fund and he pretty much set up our chairs and umbrella where ever we wanted :) 9. There is only 1 pool open and they count people so it doesn’t get overcrowded. The other pools and hot tub were closed due to covid. That was a bummer but we get it. Our 10 year olds enjoyed the pool. 10. Parking is plentiful. Never a problem getting a spot right outside the door to the condo entrance on level 5. 11. Due to Covid I cooked dinner a lot. The kitchen is small but functional. I wish there was another empty cabinet to put food. One entire cabinet was full of lovely blue glasses that we never used. There was only 1 cabinet available for perishable storage so we had to put the food we bought in random places like on top the fridge and behind the dining table. Plenty of pots and pans but I’d bring one really nice sharp knife for cutting meat and stuff. Overall we very much enjoyed our stay!

Great Labor Day weekend stay!

The unit was in great condition, even though it's clearly not brand new. That's a testament to good upkeep by the owners. I'd say the pictures are not as good as reality, which is a rare and pleasant surprise. The parking deck with an entrance right on our floor was the best I've experienced in Myrtle Beach! The owners were super great. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of seating and space for the 4 of us. Our daughter loved having her own bathroom. The master bath has a massive jetted tub that my wife enjoyed. The location is awesome with a great balcony overlooking the ocean and beach (and the pool FWIW.) The included rental beach chairs and umbrella was a fantastic amenity! There are a few minor downsides to the property. The biggest one is the total lack of mobile reception. The building is like a giant farraday cage. That made it difficult to communicate. You certainly can't blame the owners for that, and the wifi they provided was good so that eased the burden a fair amount. I also agree with one other reviewer that the way the unit is inset to the building limits the expanse of the view from the balcony to a small degree. It doesn't detract from the experience much but I did notice it compared to other places we've stayed that had wider views. It also makes the other balconies feel a little bit in your space. I missed having access to a place to store beach gear. It seems there is a closet for that purpose but renters are not given access to it. Other than that, any other issues are just nitpicks but there were a few. As for our experience, it was far and away a positive one. That's even taking into account the fact that the Governor issued a mandatory evacuation for our last day due to hurricane Dorian (we ended up skipping our last night and going home early to avoid the traffic nightmare.) We had a minor issue with the parking pass, so make sure you're clear with the owners on how that should work. That was easily solved with cooperation from security. We also had some trouble with people occasionally smoking on other balconies around us, which I *think* is against the rules but I'm not certain. I would definitely recommend this place and would consider staying here again. Loved it!

The condo was beautiful and the view from the balcony was awesome. It is in the perfect area for us as we don’t want to drive once we reach our destination.

Beach Trip to Ocean Bay in North Myrtle Beach

We had a fabulous beach trip to Ocean Bay in North Myrtle Beach. The owner was extremely fast in all correspondences and very nice. The condo was extraordinarily accommodating, very well decorated and very comfortable. I highly recommend this rental.
